I stopped by after work around 10:20 PM and asked for chips. The employee told me they were out of chips, except for chili lime. I had a free chips reward on the app, so I asked if I could use it for the chili lime chips, and she agreed. Later, I realized I had forgotten one of my drinks, so I placed another order through the app and added my free chips reward. To my surprise, I was able to order regular chips. It turns out they weren’t actually out; they just needed to bag more. I understand it was late and the restaurant was closing in about 40 minutes, but it was disappointing to feel like the employee wasn’t willing to help with something as simple as bagging chips. I’ve always had great experiences here, which is why this one stood out. If your looking to get chipotle I highly recommend a different location.
