Several people peeped their heads around the corner to see how many people they had in the lobby. All of the staff irritated to see people in line even with 2 hours until closing. I specifically go to this location because it usually has some of the freshest food out of all the Chipotles around me. This customer service that I received tonight will cause me to never spend another dollar here again. Mind you if you are in the business of customers service then realize that we help pay your check by going to spend our money to keep the business going.

But this is even during peak times like lunch and middle of the day. How do you run out of steak in the middle of the day? It's probably your most popular protein. I get it, stuff happens, but it seems to happen her le consistently. It sucks too because it right near my job and it practically forces me to go to a farther location to get my order.
