- MGMichael Greene2 days ago1.0How do not offer plain white rice. There is a condition where approximately 10% of the population have a gene where cilantro tastes like soap. Maybe you could capture that 10% if you offered rice with no cilantro and save money on less ingredients. Chipotle staff is always rude and they barely give you any protein. Garbage service.

The level of care and customer service Nick provided was top-tier. Any issues I had are completely resolved, and I really appreciate the time Nick and the store staff took to make things right. It’s rare to see management genuinely listen and take action like that. Outstanding service! **Original review** Online ordering is a fake timeline just to satisfy corporate metrics. I placed an order on the Chipotle app scheduled for 9:50 PM. The app marked my order as complete, but when I arrived at the store, they hadn't even started it. When I brought it up, employees admitted that management forces them to mark orders as "done" in the system prematurely so they don't get flagged by corporate for slow times. While they did start making my food right away once I was standing there, no one offered an apology or tried to make the situation right. The whole point of ordering ahead on the app is so the food is ready when you walk in. If I wanted to stand there and watch my food get made, I would have just walked in and ordered at the counter. Misleading your customers to protect corporate metrics is terrible customer service.
