- JJJose2 days ago1.0Writing this review while I wait for my food at this location. I placed an online order and it said that it’ll be ready by 10:40pm, arrived at 10:39pm and the employees were literally just chatting with each other and not working. Mind you, another gentleman was also waiting for his food and he was also upset because they were taking longer than it should’ve been. The place wasn’t even busy at all, the employees just didn’t seem to care at all. But it doesn’t surprise me that this location has terrible reviews. Stay away if you can. It is 10:59pm and I barely got my food. 20 min after the promised time. Smh

We got chipotle, last night.We asked for tortilla, they rolled their eyes.There was no carnia sada, and we were there before nine thirty.You don't close until eleven.I'm not sure why they're not gonna make any more carni.Asada, the guy behind me wanted carnia sada as well, and he ended up leaving because you guys said you weren't gonna make any more. Everyone almost everyone who's there is miserable. And don't wanna be there, I get it. And nobody wants to work, but we gotta work to live and survive and pay for all our stuff, right? I think we really need to have some type of meeting. Because this is not the first time that this happened. I usually just let stuff go. But the way that things were handled last night was very unacceptable. And the only thing you can do to get any reactions are to leave a review. I don't think the kids work in there. Realize that they are there to service. The people who come into the restaurant and yes, we're gonna ask for stuff we are literally paying. The one on a rapahoe is very pleasant, like I said, I come to this one because it's across the street from my house.

EVERY SINGLE employee has an attitude... for no reason... as as you walk in they look at you like they're mad you came in. Service and attitude may be the worst location ive ever been to. They obviously don't care and purposely. Ill ne er be back, and I'm telling everyone I know to avoid this place with trashy employees. UPDATE due to distance from my house this is the only location I could go to. And ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has changed... it literally blows my mind all the horrible 1 star reviews you get but YOU DON'T CHANGE/FIX ANYTHING!! You just respond "thats not the type of experience we want blah blah blah".... same horrible employees... SAME horrible attitude. And the guy rolling burritos today.... doesnt know how to roll a burrito....at a burritorestaurant?!?! ...... you need some serious at this place my goodness
