When I was ordering a burrito, the employee who was serving me was very aggressive and did not seem to listen to what I was asking for. I felt rushed and uncomfortable during the interaction. What made the situation more upsetting was that when another customer, who appeared to be a friend of the staff, arrived, he greeted him warmly and treated him much more kindly. In contrast, I felt that I was treated poorly and did not receive the same level of service. As a customer who frequently visits fast-food restaurants, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I hope management will address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism.
- SLSD LJun 12, 20261.0I walked in around 6:05 pm on a Friday. I was not greeted, as I placed my order I realized, it was a person in training. So I asked them if they were in training. He acknowledged he was. The person training him stayed silent the entire time. I asked for vegetables and not beans, the container had maybe 2 bell peppers in it. I told them I'd wait for the veggies. The "trainer " said I'll grab some from the back. He came back with a sample size container of peppers and poured them on my meal. I got to the check out and asked for a side if fresh chips and guacamole. The chips were at least 2 days old and the guacamole was brown. I haven't had Chipotle in years, for quality and service reasons before. I will no longer service this location due to the poor quality and customer service I was provided. Do better Havana, or at least hire people who care.

Also the attitude they give when you ask them to correct or give you more of something. I spend countless money here and am treated like crap constantly I would choose a different chipotle there are 2 more in the area more friendly better quality food
