  Very disappointing experience — serious food-handling and quality concerns I visited this Chipotle today around 9:40 AM, and unfortunately, the experience was very concerning. While I was at the front counter, I observed an employee spraying a chemical cleaning product directly onto the tables and surfaces while food was uncovered and sitting nearby. The spray was being used very close to the open food and preparation area. In a food-service environment, cleaning chemicals should be handled carefully and kept away from exposed food to prevent contamination. Seeing this made me very uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness and smell around the front line were also unpleasant. The restaurant did not give me the impression that proper food-service standards were being consistently followed. This appears to be more than just a management issue—it raises questions about employee training, food-safety practices, and the standards being enforced in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the food itself was also disappointing. I ordered a chicken burrito, and both the rice and chicken were extremely dry. The chicken appeared to have been cooked too long, which significantly affected the quality and taste of the meal. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews the restaurant's cleaning procedures, employee training, food-handling practices, and food quality. Customers should be able to feel confident that their food is being prepared in a clean and safe environment.

  Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I ordered online and at EVERY OTHER location they set out the digital orders so you can pick them up without waiting in line. There’s my order on the counter, easily accessible and made! No problem. Since everyone working was busy I just grabbed my order and headed out. But then a girl at the counter starts berating me going “you have to stay behind the line!” I had already grabbed my order so I didn’t know why she was scolding me “yeah but this is my order I got online” “NO! You have to wait in line!!” There are no signs and no indications of this. I order online so I DON’T have to wait in line… absolutely no problem at any other location. But she KEEPS BERATING ME and I just left while she continued to go on about staying behind the line… absolutely unacceptable customer service. Go to another location.

  Went in this evening around 9p (8/27/26) and the service was horrible. The girl working the front had a horrible attitude. She slammed things around and made it clear she didn’t want to be there. The other guy at the front hardly looked up. He made the quesadilla with barely any meat. We had to ask for more and it was less than any chipotle I’ve been too and seemed more like a kids quesadilla for an adult price. The guy gave an attitude when we asked for more and the girl gave an attire when I asked to make sure the lid was on the box. She snapped back that it was and when I got home everything had spilled out. Worst experience I've ever had. I will definitely rethink coming to this location.

  First the guy making My food gave me 8 pieces of meat in a big ass quesadilla and I had To ask for more. He still did a horrible job making it. But that wasn’t the issues the issues was the young lady who came from the back to help and threw everything around she could making a fuss because I asked The guy to heat up the quesadilla three time. He didn’t relay the message so when I reminded her she threw it back in the tray and then when it was done threw it in the box and the box top Fell On the ground at this point everyone can see the young lady had an attitude. She was horrible and made the experience where I will not go back. Not a fan before and now I know why.. they don’t appreciate their jobs. People please hold this young lady accountable.
