  Waited for a DoorDash order for 1 hour tonight for one burrito bowl for my pregnant wife, this place is the worst. Turns out 4 dashers came and left and eventually had to cancel the order, they never even began the order this whole time they waited and until I told the last dasher to actually ask and talk to someone they said they where going to start the order. Unprofessional employees in person with no awareness, bunch of young kids with no hair nets and wearing there hats like paisas, discussing personal things while customers around and what seemed to be a female manager acting unprofessional with no order or care for customers. As if she is part of the high school group more worried about bonding with teenagers than running a business, corporate needs to come and replace these unprofessional employees. This is an embarrassing location, corporate better follow up it makes you guys look terrible. They just don’t care.

  While I don't come inside Chipotle very often, every time I do, I notice the same thing a young man named Ceasar is the ONLY person working the line. He's fast, efficient, bilingual, patient, and does his absolute best to keep the line moving as quickly as possible every single time. This young man has been working at this location for quite a while, which is refreshing to see for someone his age. As a mother of young adults, I truly appreciate his work ethic. He consistently shows up, stays attentive, multitasks with ease, and handles pressure with professionalism. Employees like Ceasar deserve to be recognized because he genuinely makes the customer experience better. Ceasar is, without a doubt, the absolute best. If he's interested in advancing, I sincerely hope management looks into promoting him. Team members like him are hard to find, and I hope Chipotle does everything they can to keep him. He's the kind of employee who represents the company well and keeps customers coming back. I'd also like to give a shout-out to Jasmine. She's always pleasant, has a warm, positive energy, and adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Great job, Ceasar and Jasmine—your hard work doesn't go unnoticed! All I ask is you give this young man his kudos please.

  Whoever's grilling the the food today might need to he escorted off the premises. I had steak and chicken that had absolutely no flavor. No exaggeration this was the worst tasting chipotle I've ever gad.

  The worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had, no cheese would have been better than the smattering of crumbs they gave, paid for double chicken and they gave half a scoop for that and barely ANY rice. What the hell happened to Chipotle

  I have given this location multiple opportunities the past few weeks and each experience gets worse and worse. The food is disgusting now. There is a younger kid who works nights and he is horrible with how he makes the food. I think he purposely gives out extremely small portions of meat to get a reaction from customers. I have had less protein in my burrito than most build your own kid bowls. He’s also extremely sloppy with how he prepares the food. If you look at the serving station it is disgusting and many of the ingredients are cross-contaminated with others. There is also a younger girl who works the evenings and her service is terrible. She curses and uses unprofessional language in front of the guest. Overall, this has been one of these worst locations I have eaten at. Until they get better staff I will no longer eat at this location and will probably not eat Chipotle anymore.
