When my husband picked up the order it looked small so he double checked with the associate and they said yes that's everything. After 30 minute drive home, found out order was missing over half of the items. Didn't even include main dish! Then took 20 minutes on the phone just to talk to someone who didn't even work at the store. Super disappointed... really just no true customer service or pride in work anymore. Of course they always want a tip before you even get any service though! So sad.

Juanita was either making me a burrito or giving me a bowl with the tortilla on the side. But no tortilla in the bowl. After some back-and-forth, she finally made it the way that I wanted, however, She got upset with me and gave me the smallest portions. Juanita retaliate it against me right in front of my face. I almost walked out without purchasing the burrito, but I didn’t wanna waste so I just took it. I left a bad review on the receipt and online. I’ll not be back to the store.
