- LJluchana jackman4 days ago1.0I am not a person who needs a greeting or smile when walking through the door of a fast food restaurant, but the level of attitude I experienced today was insane. If name tags were worn I would definitely drop a name. I ordered a burrito and got a heaping portion of rice with half chicken/half barbacoa. The girl legit sprinkled 3 pieces of chicken, no joke I was able to count it. I asked for a bit more, she was visibly irritated and put 2 additional pieces. I really wish I was joking, it was rice in a wrap. Am I not paying for this??? At checkout, customers were crowding each other to pay while I was waiting for the side of guacamole that I PAID for. We were all apologetic because it was so awkward. All trash cans were overflowing, tables were disgusting, and the fountain drink counter was soaked. I just took my food to go because the restaurant was disgusting. Seeing the decline of Chipotle is actually sad.

It’s been a few months since I’ve ordered from this location, but the same issue persisted: they put the incorrect ingredients into my bowl. I have received multiple orders from this location that were made with cheese when cheese was not ordered. I used to work at Southlands mall and I would order after my shift, and I kid you not, my order was incorrectly made a minimum of 10 times. Tonight after I ordered, we made sure to check my order while still at the restaurant because of the pattern, and we were disappointed to find that my bowl was made with cheese again. They did remake it but I feel the customer should be able to confidently recieve the order they placed. I would be forgiving if it were just one, two or even three times, but this same issue has occurred over a dozen times now.
