  This is consistently one of the worst chipotles I ever have gone to. For some weird reason, I have not learned my lesson and keep going back here, probably because it’s near my house. But pretty much every time I go there something is wrong. I’ve gone there in the past and the rice is undercooked or the food isn’t good. Today I went in and even though they have a giant sign that says chipotle honey chicken they said they aren’t doing that or have that so now I have to drive to another location. I think this will be the last time I waste my time and hoping that they get the store up and running the right way. They need to hire a manager who is an adult to whip this store into shape. Really bad. Go to another one near by if you can

  Continuously get orders wrong. If you want food from here, you better watch it being made because they will mess it up and be rude about it.

  Really disappointed with my experience at Chipotle. I ordered a vegetarian burrito with no meat and ended up getting chicken in it instead. I understand mistakes happen, but for people who don’t eat meat, that’s a pretty big issue and made me concerned about cross contamination as well. What upset me even more was the way the situation was handled when I called the store. I was calm and just wanted to let them know what happened, but the girl on the phone was rude, seemed annoyed, and abruptly ended the call. The lack of care or accountability was honestly more frustrating than the mistake itself. Definitely not planning on coming back after this experience. Do better. EDIT: after speaking to the young woman on the phone I ordered a replacement. When it arrived it was ICE cold and swimming in a white liquid. I don’t know if that was a result of further negligence or retaliation for the complaint but this will now be escalated to corporate. Y’all need to do so much better. Actually disgusting.

  I drive past 2 chipotle locations to come here because the service is top tier, the portions are fair, and the line moves fast. Don’t let the bad reviews deter you from going, no place is perfect. Whoever manages this location is doing a great job when you compare it to other locations in the area.

  Most incompetent group of employees I have ever encountered at a restaurant. Could not carry out the most basic of tasks and it culminated with a lid of my kids meal that was absolutely filthy. I have not been to this location for a long time due to poor experiences and hopefully I learned my lesson this time.
