- BFBenn FarnhamAug 23, 20261.0I have never seen someone slap together a more pathetic burrito bowl than what I saw tonight. Every item I asked for was thrown in like there was a line out the door. Only 1 person behind me. I asked if I could get the proper portion of chicken. She said, “that’s all you get.” There was MAYBE 2 oz on there. I have a photo. I then ask how much double meat is and they replied “IDK.” They looked it up, acted like I was the problem and then rushed me out the door. I had to close the lid to my burrito bowl AND ask for a bag. No napkins provided, but I didn’t care at this point. Just one more thing. So, whoever the girl and guy working the front tonight were, might need some additional training in price points, how to measure food items and maybe some etiquette all the way around. I have never done this, but I want a full refund for tonight’s meal. I was a restaurant manager through the entire pandemic and we performed better than what I saw tonight! Go ANYWHERE else!
