  I stopped by Chick-fil-A recently and was genuinely impressed by the experience. The franchise owner, Wayne, was out on the floor the entire time greeting guests, bringing out food, picking up trash, straightening chairs, and working right alongside his team. You rarely see an owner so actively involved in the day-to-day operation of a restaurant, and it was refreshing to witness. What stood out most was the leadership example he was setting for his employees. Wayne wasn’t just managing from a distance — he was leading by example, showing his team what great customer service, pride, and work ethic look like in real time. The store itself was immaculate, clean, organized, and had an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. The service from the entire team was outstanding. Big kudos to Wayne and his team for creating such a positive environment. And thank you, Wayne, for demonstrating what true exemplary leadership looks like.

  I usually don’t leave reviews like this, but after this happening for the second time, I feel like I need to say something. I’ve eaten at this Chick-Fil-A multiple times it’s actually my go to but recently I’ve eaten here and both times I ended up on the toilet. After the first time, I brushed it off and thought maybe it was just a coincidence, but after it happened again from the same location, I can’t ignore it anymore. The first time my family and I went in sat down as soon as we got home within the hour everyone was using the bathroom. This second time hubby picked up at the drive though. These incidents happened over a month apart. At this point I’m done eating here because I don’t want to keep risking the same thing happening again. I hope management looks into the food handling and preparation processes because clearly something isn’t right.

  I want to give a special shoutout to Aracely at Chick-fil-A. She is always greeting customers with a smile, keeping the tables clean, and checking on everyone to see if they need anything. Her kindness, positive attitude, and hard work really stand out and make the experience so much better every time I visit. Employees like Aracely are the reason people keep coming back. Thank you for always being so wonderful!

  I have never received my jalapeño ranch with my burger meal, NEVER EVER from this location. How do yall always forget something that’s apart of the meal.. and i’ve even ordered multiple of them and i don’t even get one. i just moved here from houston texas and every single time i’ve dined in there i’ve always gotten asked for refills or trash taken out or anything else. Every single time i’ve gone to this location and dined in, not once did someone check in on us. It’s just the little stuff that matters that makes chick-fil-a, chick-fil-a. Texas has been way better, i would’ve thought it would be the same.

  The cashier was very friendly and efficient at his job. The restaurant was very clean in the dine in area. Our food was ready and brought to our table in like 2 minutes. Our food was warm and tasted great. The bathroom had a lock and the pass code is on your receipt. The bathroom was also very clean and tidy. Zero complaints of this restaurant, everything was great.
