Got a to go order from this location from Uber Eats. The bag was sealed completely and we opened our order as soon as it was delivered. Inside of our box was a cockroach or some type of beetle! I’m assuming it was in the box in a crack before the cook put the wings in? It will be the last time I get food from here….

We always come here and this time was not it. The waitress got us our drinks, and got us our food. Never checked back. I ate my salad with my fingers bc we never got silverware and she never came back to check just asked about last call and saw me eating the rest of my salad with my hands. Crazy experience. We’ll be back when our Bartendies are working

Food was fine. Tasty and well prepared. Service can definitely improve. Our waiter was a bit rude at the beginning. At some point it got better but it was a rough start.

Iv'e ordered delivery 3 times and I swear every time something is not right, sauces wrong, it takes an hour+ and the food still tastes like its been under a heat lamp for hours, hard fries you can't eat, etc. Its expesive wings and fries, they need to get their stuff together at this location.

The setting: World Cup Game; U.S. vs. Belgium - Round of 16 ... If US wins - they move on... two days after our country's 250th Anniversary... people are hyped, patriotic, and wanting a great atmosphere to watch the game. The scene: I arrived 9min into the match with my three kids (under 8)… Emma warmly greeted us and advised us that because of the event, wait time would be lengthy unless we wanted to sit on the patio. We waited ~10min to be seated (we were only the 2nd group on the patio at this point) … Emma brought the kids a ton of “World Cup SWAG” (pom poms, balloons, etc…) we then waited ~10-15min to be greeted by our Server – Annette. The problem: We immediately put in our order with Annette. Three (3) kids mac n cheese and Sprites and Ten (10) boneless wings and Soda water w/ Lime. We understood the busy atmosphere and were trying to help her expedite our dining experience and reduce the return trips for Annette. (BTW – Every TV was on… perfect – it was exactly the environment I was looking for.) Then came the wait. 1st Half Ended, Half Time Ended, and still no food. I inquired Three times and was told it should be coming out. When our food arrived, it was 45min from our order. Yikes. Annette said the manager told her to take off 20%. I actually told her not to worry about it… paid my bill in full, and gave her a 22% tip. I asked to see the manager, but he never came. The interaction with Manager: As we were leaving, I spotted who I thought may be the manager by the bar. I told him I was less than thrilled with our experience and suggested the he review his staffing model next time in preparation for such an event. I mean cmon’… yes, this was a big event… but this location had to have known it’s like Super Bowl, UFC Fights, etc… right? Additional Expediters, Wait Staff, Bus Staff, etc… should have been on board for that crowd. I will own my part and say that I approached him with an irritated attitude – for that I apologize. However, he quickly started being super defensive. I left while he was still shouting something to me and cussing to the bar tend while another customer asked me, “what was that all about and is that the manager”… I said, “3 kids waiting for Mac-n-Cheese took 45 minutes and he thinks it’s just “ok” … the other customer said, "I’ve been coming here for a long time and it took them over 1hr to get in an order." At which time, the manager approached us with a piece of paper and said, “look… we did 7,000 people in the last 3hrs”… I replied, “you mean, $7,000 in revenue?” – (He was so flustered)… I ended it by saying you need to hear what customers are thinking/saying because here’s another guy who will tell you the same thing. At which point I left and could hear his shouting increasing as I walked out with my kids. I was wrong to approach him that way… but WOW, he was yelling about being in the kitchen with 8 x others… I didn’t know my Mac-n-Cheese is in the same frier as your wings??? The conclusion: Stop and truly listen to your customers. Is it so hard to say, “yup – our management team will review tonight’s operations and try to do better next time. I hope you’ll be back.” Keep hiring people like Emma and Annette… this particular location needs to incorporate more of these types of attitudes of people who have a true “servants heart”. Thanks
