  Absolutely horrible service. It took our waitress forever to come take our food order. I was sitting near the opening to see my food sit, sit and sit for over 19 minutes, getting cold. She brought it out to the table which she should have known it was cold as a dead fish. Nope she dropped it, I touched it and said this is not acceptable. She tried to make the situation right but didnt. When the bill came, we were charged for the refire order. Again having to sit there until she got it taken care of. Shitty service and horrible food make for a ruined dinner. Last but not least, I didnt even get my points added. Such a bummer!

  DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE! ESPECIALLY DOORDASH OR FROM THEIR OWN APP! I have ordered from this location twice and it has been nothing but UTTER disappointment. Wrong order delivered, Food prepared incorrectly, completely missing items from the order! IN TWO ORDERS! I let the first one slide, Drove to the location after the delivery person gave me the wrong order, the manager offered coupons to make up for the mistake. I get home, one order of wings is prepared WRONG, and the complimentary coupons were EXPIRED! We order a couple of weeks later and my order is just completely missing an item. They do not care to quality check their work as they go on because they cannot check SIMPLE things as an order made correctly in the kitchen, or all the items making into the bag in the front of house. Zero attention to detail from TOP TO BOTTOM! Managers giving out expired coupons! SERIOUSLY?! They won't get another penny from me, I really think they don't deserve any of yours!

  I stood in lobby for 15 minutes, waiting to be seated. The employees walked by us and just looked at us. We ordered wings. They came out cold. And we told them, they took the wings back. And 30 seconds later they came back out and all they did was flash fry it. It was a terrible experience and I wouldn't suggest going to this location. All the employees hate their job and hate being there. You can tell by the attitudes of them

  I went inside in person an Ordered pickup due to the online offer only price and quantity, supposed to be wings And fries, but I received only wings with no sauce and a side salad with no dressing. They need to hire folks that’s about the customer services and making sure they accommodate all the ordered extras in the pickup/delivery bags.

  I’m saddened to see how much the quality of service and food has gone down. When we walked in, no one greeted us — it felt like a group of high‑school kids seating guests with little professionalism. Our server forgot one of the meals, and the sandwich and potato wedges came out separately. My family had to wait for one member to finish eating because the food wasn’t served together. We spent over $120 with a cash tip, and unfortunately the customer service just wasn’t there. Young servers are totally fine — but proper company training goes a long way. Very disappointed, and we won’t be returning.
