  Great location and great food, IF you can get it. We went this morning for a meal and the doors were locked with no one in the parking. But the website says they're open and the hours posted on the door say they are open! Update your hours Arbys.

  We went around 8:00, they were kind of poorly staffed because I took forever to get us our food which we were at the drive-thru, so I get it. Plus they're were only 2 people working. Which again, I understand. But the guy that took the order was kind of rude. My boyfriend accidentally said a Happy meal and the dude literally scoffs and says happy meal? Dude this is an Arby's. I was like okay except for it's really not funny because he didn't know to say kids meal, not a big deal. When we first arrived we waited like 5 minutes for him to say hi welcome to Arby's can I help you he didn't say anything. So as we are talking about what to get he goes do you have any questions about anything? And of course for like no we were just waiting for you to be ready to take our order no big deal. Then the guy has an attitude and was like I said order when you're ready. And I'm like no you did not, because we've been waiting. Anyway the food was fantastic, as per usual. It's just the people there that weren't that great well the customer facing person wasn't a great to cook did a fantastic job.

  Went thru drive-thru to try the newer steak bites as seen on social media. Customer service was pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary for a drive-thru. In and out of the line in about 7 minutes. The steak bites were SO UNDERWHELMING. The lack of flavor combined with the high price for 5 or 9 bites and size of the bites were very disappointing. 5 bites meal was about $13-14. The curly fries they came with were definitely old and tasted like they had been sitting there and thrown back into the frier to make them "fresh." Very disappointed. The only thing that tasted decent was the double beef and cheddar. What can you exoect from fast food I guess?

  Great staff food and a/c ! The steak nuggets are tender and packed with flavor.

  Great food. Very nice gentleman working tonight. Glad I stopped by for dinner.
