I come to this Arby's about once a month because it's convenient for me as a food option. The food is always good, but sometimes the service is really slow. I once waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru, and I was the only customer in the line. They told me to park in a spot, and it got to be so long that I had to turn my car off. Truthfully there should be no reason for this when I was the only customer at the time. On average, I wait about 2 to 5 minutes for food. I mostly come for the 3 meat box, mozzarella sticks or sliders. The 3 meat box s a good deal. They recently changed it from roast beef to ham and Swiss. Both are equally good. The peach cobbler tastes similar to a caramel apple empanada. It's really yummy.

I came here yesterday after my daughters softball game to get food. The beef and cheddar sandwich was a mixture of roast beef and maybe brisket? Whatever meat they put on it was thick and disgusting. I'm sad that I paid so much for a meal and got that. The other sandwich had roast beef, but barely any. I was told that one was like eating bread with no meat. Arbys has never been my go to place, but the occasional time I do go there ( first time at this location) I've never had an bad experience. Don't think I'll ever come back to this location. The people seemed nice. If you're out of meat, let people know so they can go to a different location or eat somewhere else.

My mobile app orders weren't working and the guys working said it was an issue with the app. When I talked to app support they told me they kept cancelling my orders.

I came through the drive-through after work today, June 2. I ordered a number one, a gyro, a beef and cheddar, and two tenders meals. I drove 45 minutes home and realized we did not get the correct orders. We got two sandwiches and one fry. The sandwiches in the bag were not the ones we orders and were sandwiches we had never seen before. I called to notify the staff of the mistake and inquire about what could’ve happened. The man that answered the phone was rude and asked me why I didn’t check the bag. There was no accountability taken, and if anything I should have asked him why he didn’t check the bag. After all, he’s the one that works there! He stated he had been there all day and there had been no mistakes, so he wasn’t sure what I was talking about. What happened to the customer’s always right? I will NEVER eat at this location ever again and I will definitely think twice before stopping for Arby’s again. Piss Poor 👎

Usually I order from the Arby’s off lioness way but I just happen to be in the area so I figured “why not order from Arby’s for me and the family ahead of time so it’s ready by the time I arrive. Unfortunately I was met with a chaotic, unorthodox, unmanaged team of Arby employee being extremely dismissive and unaware of my order resting in the area where online orders are placed. Okay. However it was my first time there at this specific location, how the parking lot is set up, I came in through the side door, nonetheless no excuse for the horrible service I received coming in. On the initial encounter I was approached by a girl with glass and man with a hairnet on running orders outside. They both had looked at my phone (seeing I had an order and it was ready) yet still waited 15 mins to get up, approach the boy at the front counter after already realizing my order was sitting there (when I was told by two different employees “it’ll be out soon.”) I calmly asked the young man for a number to corporate and email, he states he’ll get his manager, he explains to his manager on duty (Guy with hat backwards) the situation and walks away. Why did the manager insist on giving me a hard time on getting the information I need to make a complaint. Instead he gave me a bogus number that’s not in service. This was the worst experience I’ve had at this location. Will not be back.
