  The person who assisted me was the reason why I still like human contact. Gave great service and was respectfully helpful. I even overlooked a few dirty tables. Awesome job!

  Usually I order from the Arby’s off lioness way but I just happen to be in the area so I figured “why not order from Arby’s for me and the family ahead of time so it’s ready by the time I arrive. Unfortunately I was met with a chaotic, unorthodox, unmanaged team of Arby employee being extremely dismissive and unaware of my order resting in the area where online orders are placed. Okay. However it was my first time there at this specific location, how the parking lot is set up, I came in through the side door, nonetheless no excuse for the horrible service I received coming in. On the initial encounter I was approached by a girl with glass and man with a hairnet on running orders outside. They both had looked at my phone (seeing I had an order and it was ready) yet still waited 15 mins to get up, approach the boy at the front counter after already realizing my order was sitting there (when I was told by two different employees “it’ll be out soon.”) I calmly asked the young man for a number to corporate and email, he states he’ll get his manager, he explains to his manager on duty (Guy with hat backwards) the situation and walks away. Why did the manager insist on giving me a hard time on getting the information I need to make a complaint. Instead he gave me a bogus number that’s not in service. This was the worst experience I’ve had at this location. Will not be back.

  Best Arbys experience in a good while. Late drive thru, 15 min. before closing. Sandwich was hot and delicious, cook/cashier was very courteous and helpful. VERY GOOD FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE. Even gave me a little ramekin of red ranch!

  Asked for a LOT of Arby's sauce, checked the bag and only got 2 Arby's sauces for 2 sandwhiches (one being a half pound) and when I asked for more, the guy in the drive thru gave me a hard time and said "it's in there" with a complete attitude, so I just drove off.

  this is worst experience i had with arbys and me and my uncle have been going for years yesterday evening i came though your drive thru and ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwhich the bread was torn and made me feel uneasy of eating but i did . tonight i went thru your drive through again to get a even worse piece of bread looks like somebody took a bite out of my sandwhich i am a manager of a resturant and this bread shouldnt have even left the line ! it looks like somebody completely took a bite out of my bread (photo attached below) my uncle called and spoke to your manager on duty and he completely had no cares of fixing or making the issue better ! only to tell my uncle nobody would bite the bread instead of offering a solution i would like a response from corporate to fix this situation and speak to your staff on importance of presentation please check your cameras and view your staff cause this is crazy!!!!! i would like a direct message from management
