    Horrible service by the manager named Heather I'm not sure how she's a manager. She's Very rude they go to Arby's twice a week you lost my service. I went there today through the drive-through. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but she took it out on me. Horrible service will never be back. I'm sure you're going to lose a lot of business because her attitude is horrible.

    They have the worst customer service in Aurora Colorado. I would not Advise no one to give them their money. They’re terrible and horrible at the drive-through.

    Food was fair, customer service was questionable. Either the kid was deaf or obstinate. You would think that a large would inducate that you wanted more than 80%. At lest we were the only ones there.
