  first time coming here. Had some issues with my order as well with the lady making the drinks. I had come in on foot to get a drink on my break the wait was longer than expected, and when I went to the window thinking maybe I was supposed to be by the window to get my drink since I was waiting up a little table they have. The girl asked me if I’m waiting for a drink. She stated a specific drink, but I tried to correct her on the one that I had ordered. She kept rolling her eyes at me and when I asked to just have a refund, she asked me to go to the other end of the building where the cars are and started talking and giggling with her coworker. I understand there are things that happen and things can get hectic, but there was no reason for her to be rolling her eyes at me and making me feel like I’m an inconvenience for wanting my drink. The people on the drive-through side were eager to help me which I appreciate and at the end I felt like my issue was resolved.

  I usually come in the am, so the morning crew def got their stuff together, I just went through and they had my poor girl Kathy all alone servicing the cars. I literally watched with my own eyes 6 other people on their phones, goofy around and it was just baffling that no one was like let me help since we’ve been sitting here for 10-13 minutes, I get when there is a rush things take time but guys, it was like dead and it was like I get faster service when the lines are long than whatever that was. Just kinda disappointed in their labor and teamwork they had that girl all by herself while they were goofing off.

  I usually never have a bad experience at 7brew, but it seems like more and more customer service seems to be the issue. I ordered my drinks, then shortly after requested to add an additional drink. The person taking my order requested I ask the person who will be taking my payment, so that’s exactly what I did. She then mentioned she would ask if it’s possible, which to begin with is odd she’d even have to ask, Lauren then said it wouldn’t be possible due to them being busy. For one I totally understand when it’s busy practices change, but I was simply doing what I was requested, which was to order ahead. I was contemplating writing this review due this bad experience, but what ultimately drove me to writing this review was the quality of the drinks. Almost $26 on 4 drinks, plenty of which missed the mark. Save your money, go somewhere else. I usually visit the 7brew on GVR blvd, but happened to be in the area. They do have their customer service down. Despite their traffic, drinks always taste great and customer service is top notch!

  I finally tried 7 Brew, and I completely understand the hype! I ordered the Toasted Marshmallow Cold Brew with cold foam, and it was absolutely incredible—smooth, perfectly balanced, and easily one of the best coffee drinks I’ve had in a long time. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the customer service. Every person I interacted with was genuinely friendly, upbeat, and made me feel like they were happy I stopped by. Great coffee is one thing, but great people keep you coming back. If you’re looking for a new coffee spot, do yourself a favor and give 7 Brew a try. I’ll definitely be back! ☕️🤍

  Menu is a bit confusing. The music made it hard to order. Makes me sound old, lol! The drink I got was too sweet for my taste, but I noticed you can order it extra, reg, half and quarter, but it might take you $30 to figure out your level trying different options. At least my insulin levels were maxed out.
