  0 out of 10. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I would stay far away from this place. WORST service I’ve ever had at a fast food place. Guy at drive-through window was so disrespectful and rude, making snarky comments at our order. He should not have a costumer service job. Restaurant smells so bad like sewage. Food was dried out, tasted old. Over all everything was absolutely disgusting I’ll will NEVER eat there again. Ew.

  I gave zero stars bc they got our order wrong, argued about it, then helped like 10 other people. Had to ask for a refund, food, and cups over 10 times. Cashier was rude, blatant dirty looks, and was rude to my disabled friend on top of it.

  Rude employees and other people served first even though i ordered first alone.. two bean burritos took 20 mins.. seriously..

  Even if you decline rounding up your change to donate to whatever stupid cause they're backing, they will round it up anyways and keep your change. Guy in the drive-thru just argued with me and refused to give me back my 90 cents. Sounds stupid to write a review and get bothered by that, but that is literal theft. I'm sorry your employees aren't smart enough to count back change, but you should not be stealing from your customers.

  I kept calling for help because I was waiting for a while, they were busy talking and my kid was very hungry. I know it's fast food but this crap is getting old because nothing is done about it. It never used to be like this. Other customers were unhappy too, someone wanted a screwed up food remade so I hope they didn't eat a nasty special surprise. Fyi the guy in the picture is hiding trying to avoid helping.
