The staff is consistently friendly, but the bad reviews here clearly come from the entitled, elitist crowd in Candelas who treat service workers with disrespect. If you're going to look down on people and expect a five-star dining experience from Taco Bell, stick to cooking at home. For normal, respectful people, the staff and food at this location are excellent
