  Terrible customer service. Went to the deli at 5:30 pm and asked for a chicken dinner and was told by the lady (very rudely) that there were no chicken dinners. She acted like it was an inconvenience to do her job. Get better employees.

  You would think it was a crime to ask for a chicken dinner at dinner time I swear the deli never has any food when it should and the people have horrible attitudes when you ask for anything.

  Five stars go to the woman who brought out our grocery order (order ending in 6853) to our vehicle in the rain and hail! We wish we got your name! You really went above and beyond when a strong storm hit as soon as we pulled up. The groceries were very well packed and there were no significant substitutions. Sorry for making you get wet. Also Dorothy who helped us check out in the store a week earlier was extremely kind and personable. It's employees like these that make Safeway awesome.

  Deli staff is super rude! You sell food I’m there to buy it. You keep acting like it’s a chore. You guys huff and puff and pffft! Is it really that hard to dish out a 2 piece chicken meal. Also, you went straight from the sliced salmi to serving me food without washing your hands or changing your gloves R.T.E. Foods, look it up. You didn’t even listen to me and just started dishing up food. The first time I thought was a fluke, this time I now know it’s habit. This store is completely empty and now I know why. But I’m sure the deli is just a stop you’re making on your way to Manager hahahahaha. Worst Safeway I’ve ever been too.   The bathroom was completely covered in poop that was smeared all over the floor and toilet seat. Then, the woman supervising the self checkouts tried to micromanage every step of the self checkout process from the jump. It started with her pointing out that there were other checkout lanes available after we’d already started the self checkout process. She got reasonably defensive when we insisted we wanted to do self checkout. This was bc we had to do like 3 separate transactions. At one point, she was hovering six inches behind me and editorializing everything I did. She was really pushy about us scanning things that belonged with a different transaction. During one transaction, she tried to move in and swipe my card for me. All of this was unprompted. No one asked for help. It was an absolutely crazy experience from start to finish.
