  It's a shame that this sore is closing. Great employees and nice and quiet. I enjoyed not having to put up with a lot of chaos.

  My parents are now elderly and have been receiving their prescriptions from Safeway for years. The pharmacists continue to provide quality services for my parents above and beyond the norm! Our family is so grateful for their attention to detail, support and advocacy! Thank you!

  It's getting frustrating. I prefer Safeway over KS for cleanliness and the app. But the last few times I've gone, specifically the meat department is lacking. Very low stocked and usually I can get someone's attention to get something that's on sale, but today I stood there for 5 solid minutes and couldn't get anyone's attention. I gave up, went to checkout and told the cashier about the experience. I asked if I could have a raincheck which she had to check with the manager about and then I was told "we can do it this time" as if it was somehow my fault I didnt get what I needed. If you dont want to give rainchecks than have your sale items in stock, out front OR have employees with some situational awareness. Furthermore, I HATE that the bathrooms are so hard to get to. They have them blocked off like they're a VIP experience not everyone has the privilege to use. I will happily update my review once this store turns it around.

  Waited 15-20 minutes standing by the deli patiently trying to get help, girl in the back sees me and doesn't help. The second I leave and a white customer that shows up the second I leave the girl immediately helps him. Can't help to think why I was treated so differently. Don't feel like shopping here no longer after this experience. Recommend King Soopers. Better employees better customer service.

  I went to do my shopping this morning at the Safeway I’ve been going to for 20 plus years. Not one employee who is inconveniently blocking the aisle while stocking will move or acknowledge your existence. The worst is at the milk section where I’m sure the gentleman who is one of the managers was blocking the case I needed to get in didn’t move didn’t say anything just continued as if the priority is checking prices, not the customer purchasing. I then Cruised by the Deli where two employees are talking dropping the F bomb. Make it to self check where two other employees are talking about their horrible work environment also dropping the F bomb. I don’t know about anyone else, but I don’t need that kind of shopping experience. Saying so long to this ghetto establishment.
