  The staff in charge is a super rude person if you don't need the job look for another super bad attention I don't recommend it is a very rude and unpleasant person

  The person in charge of the store and customer service is incredibly unpleasant and rude; the attitude they display is terrible—truly awful. It reflects very poorly on the store managers for employing someone like that.

  Apparently I should have read the reviews first. I’m genuinely confused how and why this pizza was even sent out. My order was delivery so I got to wait an hour for an inedible pizza, then figure something else out. The one happy accident is they gave me two garlic sauces instead of the pizza sauce I forgot to change on my order.

  I came in, ordered a pizza, got my pizza (and some cinnamon bread.) I get the sense that this establishment has regulars, as the gentleman behind the counter I was talking to called another customer by name very naturally. I'm not sure why all the other reviews are super low rated, but I also went in at a fairly low traffic time, so I got all of the attention that the employees could give me. Anyhow, good pizza, good service, good sides.

  Last night I ordered 2 pizzas online for delivery. Apparently this Papa John’s location uses Door Dash to deliver the pizzas. Fifty minutes later we still had not received our pizzas. The tracking number showed the pizzas had been delivered. As we had no pizzas on our front porch, we then called Papa John’s. The person who answered said it was not their problem because they use Door Dash and it was Door Dash’s problem. We called the Door Dash driver and he was also rude and said he had already delivered the pizzas. We said we did not have the pizzas and asked him to send a photo of where he had delivered the pizzas. He refused. We wandered around our neighborhood and discovered a neighbor’s house had 2 pizzas sitting on their front porch. Apparently they had been delivered to the wrong address. At no point did anyone take any responsibility or try to make things right. Our only recourse was to walk the neighborhood hunting for our pizzas, or to cancel the order on our credit card. At the very least, I would like a refund of the $10.25 tip I charged on my credit card when I first ordered.
