- AWAmber WoodSep 25, 20261.0I was just treated horribly by the GM of this location at 5:45 pm on 9/25/26. My door dash driver was confused and was at the wrong location, he handed the phone to this GM so I could get to the bottom of it. This person was extremely rude, unprofessional, and offered zero help saying over and over “what am I supposed to do?” He had zero customer service skills, zero problem solving skills, and hung up on me after calling me a name. I will never visit this location in the future and I think it’s sad that this company has resorted to hiring actual GM’s that act so unprofessionally. Do better Papa John’s.

My order was delivery so I got to wait an hour for an inedible pizza, then figure something else out. The one happy accident is they gave me two garlic sauces instead of the pizza sauce I forgot to change on my order.
