I never write reviews so you know it’s bad this is the third time I’ve ordered delivery from this location and they mess it up. No tuna on my tuna sandwich, I tell them to knock so I can give cash tip and know that my sandwich arrived, they never knock. And when I call to tell them the sandwich is bad they tell me it wasn’t their location and didn’t believe me until I gave them profit via my order number. Terrible customer service with the worst sandwiches in town! Thanks JJ team you guys really know how to do it :)

Freaky slow and unreliable.
I put in a straightforward delivery order (2 sandwiches, no customizations) and waited. And waited. I waited for over an hour before I called to ask for a status. They said it they were busy, short-staffed (single driver), but that they'd just sent out my order. That's fine. It's annoying, but I understand being understaffed and overworked.
20 minutes later delivery status showed "eat!" and the driver was nowhere to be found. I searched neighbor's doorsteps and didn't find our order there either. Being so short-staffed, I was told the _earliest_ my order could be sent back out would be another hour and a half(!). They refunded the order. Another hour later, it finally showed up (with the original order, drink ice melted)... that's 2h20 from the original order time.
Something is seriously wrong at this store. The last time I ordered (over a year ago now) it also took over an hour to receive my order, but at least I received it! It'd have been faster to walk to Jimmy Johns, make the sandwich myself, and walk back.
If the franchise owner is reading this: I'm sorry, but you've lost our business with two back-to-back flops (and reading the reviews, it sounds like I'm not the only one). We'll only ever order JJs again if it's not from your location.

Ordered online took them 25 minutes to get my food to me, on top of that they forgot my drink and the guy said he'd be back with it and never came back. Very poor experience. 👎🏻
