  I ordered four sandwiches for my family yesterday and some potato salad. Mind you the order was a couple dollars shy of $50 for the four sandwiches and two of the sandwiches were wrong and they didn't give me my potato salad they gave me pesto pasta which I'm allergic to and this is the first time I've ordered Jimmy John's and probably 5 years and will never go back again. I am super disappointed my son wouldn't eat his sandwich because I ordered it plain and they put mayonnaise on it and a bunch of other stuff and my turkey sandwich had one slice of meat. Just ridiculous.

  Please add a tipping option on credit card purchases!! Workers deserve this until we can fix the obvious problems in this industry. Angel makes sandwiches that make you want to cry.

  Please teach your employees how the latex gloves work. Touch register then put on gloves, not put gloves on then touch register… Also, don’t rub on your face with gloves on, especially while making a sandwich. Y’all charge $23 for a sandwich. It would be nice to get a clean one for that price…

  This place is the worst Jimmy Johns ever... I have been ordering from this Jimmy John's for approximately 2 years which I should have stopped a long time ago but being fooled my management into thinking that they are going to correct the issues and they don't because when you asked for extra lettuce, extra tomatoes and even the extra things that you pay for.. they don't put it on there and you're lucky if you get what actually comes on the sandwich... Ask for extra mayo package NEVER get them. I purchased fresh bread by itself and they couldn't even wrap that came exposed.. You ask for napkins you don't get that and then when you call and say anything they treat you like you're just overreacting and their employees make sandwiches correctly without any flaws ... They never keep the same management... They make excuses and don't hold their employees accountable and it's really sad...
