Very much overpriced for what you get. It ends up being about 20 bucks for a burger, fries, and a drink. The burger is totally fine, but by no means the best. They always give you a ton of fries, which is nice, but their Cajun fries suck. I personally find them very, very mid. Like, painfully mid. So boring. Taco bell nacho fries are better. Even without the cheese. Almost every spot destroys five guys on fries. My honest opinion on five guys is just go to In-n-out or shakeshack instead. Better burgers and shakes for less money. If you care about fries then you already know if you like their fries or not, so go for that if you like them. Ur wrong tho- they suck.

Food was good but how are you going to charge $20 for a cheeseburger and small fries? Defiantly not worth it.

Tonight, I ordered through Uber eats. The driver brought 1 very light bag and I thought it was odd. Opened it and it was 2 burgers and 2 hotdogs- no fries. Typically wouldn't be a huge issue if I hadn't just paid $20 for 2 orders of fries. I call the store. First kid answers and has no idea what to do so he says hell get the manager. I have to explain it for the second time. I respectfully and calmly expressed that if im paying almost $100 to feed 3 of us, I kind of expect to get it all and it be warm, not cold. I told him I had to drive all the way there and he offered to remake the whole order. He also offered a milkshake. I accepted that and told him we'd be heading there soon. When we get there, I tell them I'm the one who called and the entire staff just stares at me like "how dare you have the audacity to expect what you over paid for AND expect it to be warm". The manager hands me the remade order and I politely reminder him of the shake he offered. He said "oh no, I cant do that." Something about recouping the loss for the first burgers. A mistake i didnt make, mind you. I just said "I see" and walked out. Normally I wouldn't be upset. I would've been happy with the remade order but he offered then took it back and talked to me like I was the problem. Not once was I rude or disrespectful to anyone there. Thankfully there are plenty of near by spots we can eat because we will be taking a break from supporting this business for awhile.
