    Got the Banana Cream Pie freezy, was hopeful sounding yummy, but it was misleading. It was good, but didnt hit like a cream pie, more banana than anything The driveway was really confusing as well

    Moved from east coast and excited to try Dutch Bros—when I got there it wasn’t intuitive that you don’t order from menu screen/stand. There was someone taking orders, but he was kind of just standing at the left-hand side on the sidewalk, and I was in the right hand lane. He was waiting for the left-hand lane car to pull up, when I was waiting to put in an order. It was just confusing and it didn’t seem like he wanted to take orders, so I ended up just leaving.

    They forgot to put coffee in our golden eagle drinks. Literally milk and flavoring. This stuff is too expensive to be so disappointing and such a waste of time. It’s not the first time they’ve messed up an order but nearly 7 dollars for no coffee in the drink is so frustrating.

    36 minutes, no apologies…. Ordered online, many came, ordered, got their order and left. We were told several times “we’re working on it”. Lots of arguing and yelling… but no apologies or offers of consideration. Many much better locations.

    Came in ordering 2 surprise rebels from a girl with cheek dermal piercings and she was clearly high or something because she somehow thought we ordered 3 drinks, then when we clarified that we ordered a sour straw instead of a sour shot she seemed inconvenienced to have to make a new one so we just left.
