    Every single time I go here my order is always wrong, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it gets to a point, I’ve never once been satisfied with my orders ever, when I attempt to tell them they say I’m wrong and it’s my fault. I went and ordered a chocolate milkshake with strawberry flavor and they gave me a strawberry shake.

    I went when it was busy, and that didn't bother me. I expected to wait. What bothered me was watching multiple people who got in line after me receive their drinks before I got mine.After my order was taken, employees continued taking orders behind me and bringing drinks out to customers who arrived later. When I finally made it to the window, my drink still wasn't ready, and I waited even longer while people behind me continued to be served first.I was paying with cash, and whether that was the reason or not, it honestly felt like I wasn't being treated the same as other customers. Spending 40 minutes in line for one drink, only to be repeatedly overlooked, was incredibly frustrating.Busy is one thing. Ignoring customers and serving people out of order is another. This experience was disappointing, disrespectful of my time, and enough to make sure I won't be back.

    The coffee is great and the service is as speedy as it can be! However, the amount of people who need their crack at all hours is ridiculous. Every single location has a stupid long line at all hours of day. Like if the lunch rush was the entire day, I feel bad for the people who work here. But again, they are fast still. Somehow!

    Obvi Dutch Bros is always good, but the staff here are so wonderful. Every time I visit they’re fun and welcoming. Plus they make great coffee.
