- IMIsaac Martin5 days ago1.0This was the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had. There were only two customers ordering in line and two of us waiting for pickup orders, yet the restaurant was clearly not being managed. Two young, seemingly new employees were left alone behind the counter without a manager or shift leader to support them. They were visibly struggling to put orders together, wrap burritos, and even wrap them in foil without everything falling apart. Meanwhile, other employees in the restaurant seemed to ignore what was happening rather than step in to help or address the growing frustration from customers. The counter was also completely messy, with food spread everywhere. I completely understand that new employees need time to learn, but they should have had someone more experienced there to support and train them. It’s a bummer because I genuinely enjoy Chipotle’s food, but this experience was extremely frustrating and could have been handled so much better.

There was a TON of cross contamination in the food. Of course you expect some cross contamination but it was beyond the norm. Barbacoa in my chicken bowl. Clumps of cheese in the cilantro sauce. Veggies when I didn’t ask for veggies. I’m honestly worried about other food safety issues because of how careless the staff was.

- TWTrannette WestwoodJul 31, 20261.0Absolutely so frustrated with this location…I placed an online delivery order with two bowls.. they came 100% messed up..one bowl had nothing but lettuce and cheese and the other bowl it looked like everyone on the hot line was put into the bowl…it’s nothing that I ordered then I try to reach out to the store and it seems impossible to actually speak to someone…I spent $40 to have food delivered and it’s going no where but in the trash…I’m so beyond disappointed with this location.
