Kinda wild considering the bowl cost nearly $20. I counted 11 small pieces of beef and like 10 beans. Guess I should have read the other reviews first.

There were only two customers ordering in line and two of us waiting for pickup orders, yet the restaurant was clearly not being managed. Two young, seemingly new employees were left alone behind the counter without a manager or shift leader to support them. They were visibly struggling to put orders together, wrap burritos, and even wrap them in foil without everything falling apart. Meanwhile, other employees in the restaurant seemed to ignore what was happening rather than step in to help or address the growing frustration from customers. The counter was also completely messy, with food spread everywhere. I completely understand that new employees need time to learn, but they should have had someone more experienced there to support and train them. It’s a bummer because I genuinely enjoy Chipotle’s food, but this experience was extremely frustrating and could have been handled so much better.
