  First, I was happy to try how good was the guacamole and for long time visiting this location mostly at the same time, the dinning room looks clean. But when I get home, so disappointed that my food looks bad, I ordered some extras, and I didn't get them. This is what I got instead, and my appetite gone.

  Waited in line for 30 minutes while workers were standing around on the front line. Ridiculous absolutely ablysman service, as someone who works in fast food this is unacceptable, the worker wiping the same counter for 5 minutes straight is the cherry ontop.

  I literally got no meat on my barbacoa bowl and huge chunks of bell peppers when I didn’t even order fajita veggies.

  I went in, no line. The gentleman helping me was very kind. He seemed to have struggled a bit with the tortillas but someone else came over and assisted him and gave him a quick tip on how to do it best. He was very kind to his co-worker. They seemed to work well with each other. The girl that helped me cash out was also very kind. A great teamwork effort all around. I come here often and it's always a good experience but this time stood out to me. Great staff working tonight. Angel, Devon and Emily. I did ask for their names and Emily immediately asked if there was an issue, which i expressed no. We usually receive negative feedback and in this case they deserved the recognition they work hard for.

  Went in and got the usual half ass bowl served the first spoon of protein that the older lady poured she shook it off and then poured it to my bowl so I told her extra and she did the same thing literally 7 pieces of protein I got mind you I had to pay extra to perhaps get more and got none I felt older ladies were rushing me and the were no customer line the portion issue is an ongoing issue here and other chipotle establishments I can’t stand I go to one and it’s an issue I visit another and it’s the same what disappointing restaurant worst customer service too older ladies working the front were rude and not friendly when I asked for my cup that I paid for one of them was doing schedule writing or something and I was standing in the front asking and she ignored me multiple times until I spoke louder and told her hey I been standing here trying to get my cup and she replied with an annoying voice and attitude and said we’ll what cup you just keep saying cup but with annoyance They need to reprimand her for treating people like that in public service no matter what you are doing attending to customer should be your #1 priority I’ve worked fast food for years and let me tell you she’s in the wrong business along with the other 2 older ladies ! Worst thing is chipotle is not cheap and to get this kind of disservice and portion is by far the worst no wonder they are closing down chipotles because they do not abide by there policy I’m so dissatisfied I could have spent my money elsewhere
