I have eaten here several times and they noticeably fill your bowl much less than other locations. I pay for a full meal and leave still hungry. The first time I thought it was a fluke, but it’s definitely a pattern. Management seems to be training staff to underserve customers, probably to boost store profitability.

Best part is the customer in front of me kept leaning over the glass talking and pointing with her face and arm completely over the protective glass. One of the workers named Rob finally said something to her but let her continue leaning over the glass when i ask about the food being contaminated now Rob tries to LIE to my face saying she wasnt over the glass. BS, why did he say something and why did she apologize and pull her hands back. Then she just kept doing itThey want to sell me contaminated food, no thanks. They didn't care. I don't want dander, hair and her spit with my cheese. They should take food safety serious

I ordered 3 bowls yesterday and not only did they skimp on EVERYTHING they didn’t give me the extra sides I asked for. My food was cold by the time I got home and almost every piece of steak I got out of my bowl was chewy and hard. I will never come to this chipotle ever again
