The employees were super weird and didn’t really seem like they wanted to do there job. They didn’t take my friend’s order for 10 min, instead they talked to the other employees. Then the manager on shift wasn’t helpful at all and was just talking to a random girl the entire time. We standed right next to him and asked for help and didn’t react. We had to ask a second time before getting helped.

I approached the counter on three separate occasions and was ignored each time while the employees continued chatting amongst themselves. One of those employees was the manager, which made the experience especially frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better customer service.

Very disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A in Arvada. Went through the drive-thru for 2 spicy chicken waffle sandwiches and fries. I SPECIFICALLY asked what sauces came with the order. I know we’re all supposed to double-check our bags before leaving the pickup counter, but the sandwiches and other items come in CLOSED BOXES. You can’t realistically pull out every box and inspect everything at the window while a long line of cars is waiting behind you. People will start honking, and once you drive past the counter, you’re stuck getting back into the long pickup line. So I pulled into a parking spot to check everything. GUESS WHAT? NOT A SINGLE SAUCE was included. They didn’t even include the MAPLE SYRUP for either $9+ sandwich. Nothing for the fries either. I had to park, walk inside, stand in line, show my receipt, and get the sauces myself. If I have to go inside anyway, WHAT WAS THE POINT OF THE DRIVE-THRU? And I’m not saying the staff were rude or unhelpful—they were polite. The problem is that the orders are being PACKED WRONG. The job needs to be taken seriously, especially when it comes to checking that the order matches what the customer paid for. Then the next morning, BOTH OF US had severe stomach pain and diarrhea, with multiple trips to the bathroom. This was the ONLY MEAL we had in common, so the timing was extremely concerning. Seems like it’s not only the customers who have to make sure the order is correct and packed according to the BILL PRINTED IN LARGE FONT. I’m DONE with this location. You just lost a customer.

I just delt with harassment and terrible service. Im on my ebike, which is considered a regular motorcycle type vehicle on the roads as well as a bicycle when roads are too dangerous. Its not classified as a bicycle, but if it were it shouldnt matter. I had to go thru the drive thru as the lobby was closed and thank God one of the managers was walking outside at the time..she stood and talked to me out of the blue about me bike...she told me the lobby was closed but I could go thru the drive thru. Which I would have done either way as I wouldnt have thought it was an issue. But her and I talked for a while about ebikes and how bad drivers can be and its safe to stay on the side streets. I get up to my turn at the drive thru and I immediately get told I cant be served because im not in a car. But I tell them I literally got done speaking to the manager who specificall ytold me to go thru the drive thru. Which i did and id love for the owners to please corroborate this story with the woman manager I spoke to. She will back me up. When I got to the window I asked why I would be told I cannot be served. The girl at the window was there and I asked her if they allow motorcycles and ebike to whichshe replied yes. But she told me not bicycles...which makes zero sense. If I wanted to put pedals on my motorcycle for looks would I be denied too? Also...this isnt a bicycle..legally...it cannot be considered a bicycle. There is nothing wrong with coming to buy food through the drive through with a bike, ebike, or motorcycle. The manager of the store even told me to come through first without me having to ask. The workers tonight September 11 2026 should be ashamed and trained on proper customer service. I am a paying customer and this is the neighborhood I live in so I come frequent this chick fila all the time. Ive never had a problem before but tonight..there was an older white man on duty who was a manager of sorts. A younger Latino girl at the window was the one telling me im not allowed to be saved with my bike, and the young man behind the voice box when ordering, is the one who initially started this, by immediately telling me I couldn't be served..... until I told him his manager told me to come in the drive thru..he quickly changed tune and gave me the normal l chick file customer service. I dont need to be discriminated against becauseI choose to ride an electric bike that doesn't hurt the environment like gas, and stay healthy by being able to ride and "ride" this bike like it was a bicycle or a ebike. Id like to continue coming here to spend my hard earned money. But I can gladly get my late night food somewhere else. . I hope the workers there tonight do better and are better trained. This was the worst experienceive ever had at a chicfila restaurant. They also gave me the driest piece of chicken that was small and old...like what is this? Chicken fila never used to have this kind of service snd teenage mob mentalityattitude...I wasnt rude, I asked questions politely, didnt call names...this was terrible To make things crazier a motorcyclecame thru the srive thru as I was typing out this review lol..that poor guy, I hope he wasnt harassed for not driving a car tonight too.

Dear Chick-fil-A Management, I am writing to share a very disappointing experience I had at your location today involving a team member named Yaya. I have been a frequent customer at this location for approximately two years, and over the past several days in particular, I have visited three or four days in a row while recovering from the flu, primarily to purchase chicken noodle soup for myself and a meal for my husband. My experiences during those visits have been pleasant, which made today’s interaction especially jarring. When I arrived at the drive-thru window today to pick up my mobile order, the customer immediately ahead of me was interacting with Yaya. Their interaction was exceptionally warm and enthusiastic. They were laughing and joking together for an extended period, and Yaya was visibly engaged, even leaning far out of the window while speaking with them. When I pulled forward immediately afterward, her demeanor changed noticeably. I approached the window smiling. Yaya confirmed the name on my order, I said yes, and she handed me my items while repeatedly saying, “Here’s that,” in a tone that came across as dismissive and condescending. She then walked away. I nevertheless made a point to confirm that I had everything and thanked her, at which point she responded, “My pleasure.” I understand that employees are human, and I certainly do not expect anyone to laugh, joke, or have an extended conversation with every customer. What concerned me was the stark and immediate difference in the level of basic warmth and courtesy shown to the customer directly before me compared with the treatment I received only moments later. I cannot speak to Yaya’s intent, but the interaction felt like a microaggression, and it left me questioning why her demeanor changed so dramatically when I approached the window. That is an extremely uncomfortable feeling to leave with as a customer, particularly at a location I have patronized regularly for the past two years. What makes this especially disappointing is that I have visited this location repeatedly over the last several days and have otherwise been treated kindly. Today’s interaction stood out for all the wrong reasons. Hearing “my pleasure” at the end did little to change the experience when the interaction itself had made me feel unwelcome. I am not writing because I expect every employee to provide an identical personality or level of enthusiasm to every guest. I am writing because I believe every customer should receive the same baseline level of dignity, courtesy, and respect, regardless of who is at the window. I hope management will take this concern seriously and use it as an opportunity to provide Yaya with appropriate coaching regarding consistency in customer interactions, including awareness of how dramatically different treatment between customers can be perceived and experienced. I do not want another customer to leave wondering why the person immediately before them was treated with warmth and enthusiasm while they were made to feel as though their presence was an inconvenience. After being a loyal customer of this location for the past two years, I am genuinely disappointed that this experience has made me question whether I feel comfortable returning. Thank you for taking the time to read and consider my concern. I would appreciate acknowledgment that this feedback has been received and addressed appropriately.
