  The food was delicious! Such a variety of flavors and textures. Everything i had was really good! The service was fine. The young man helping us was new to the team and it was obvious, but he was still friendly and mostly proficient and we didn't have to wait long at all. The only disappointment was that the dining room was pretty messy. Tables hadn't been wiped down, trash was full and the drink station was overflowing with ice. Pretty minor stuff, all in all. Would definitely return for the food and friendly service.

  I grew up in the DC metro area and remember when CAVA was founded in 2006 in Rockville. It was great and the expansion in the area held up for a long time. But I live in Denver now and recently visited the CAVA in Arvada and the service was adequate at best, seemed unable to keep up with traffic. But the food was horrible. No flavor as though they didn't want to season anything. It was such a disappointment and I won't be visiting a CAVA location anywhere anymore. Sad.

  Solid option for those days where you're just not sure what to get and you'd like something that's a little bit of a twist on Mediterranean. Food always tastes very fresh. The line here can get pretty long pretty quick. The staff are good at getting people through quickly. If you are getting it to go order, make sure that you read what time your order will be done because sometimes they get so busy that it might take longer than usual. They do have a dedicated set of stations for to-go orders but they are usually two or three people waiting to pick up during a dinner rush.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ CAVA is one of our favorite fast-casual Mediterranean restaurants! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and high quality, making it the perfect spot when you want something quick, easy, and delicious. The ingredients taste fresh, portions are generous, and there are so many healthy options to choose from. A special shoutout to Nitai, who is always incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Great customer service feels rare these days, and Nitai consistently goes above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience. Highly recommend CAVA for a fast, healthy meal with outstanding service. Five stars!

  My MS patient had been ordering online for a week or two every day as a new customer. Then on Tuesday June 16 she placed online orders for pickup Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (today), at 10:45am. The same time we had been picking up since day one. The website glitched and placed all three duplicate orders for Immediate pickup that same day! I immediately went to the restaurant to cancel THEIR screw up and asked the manager if he could just make a note for the day crew to prepare the orders AS WE HAD PLACED THEM so we wouldn't have to mess with refunds and reorder. He told me he couldn't do that OR process the refund. That I had to do that online! Then when I calmly but firmly complained about the poor customer relations he told me to leave or he would CALL THE POLICE!!! ( He had a long line at the time so he didn't want several current customers to know they had a service issue), then he added if I EVER came back he would call the POLICE! EGREGIOUS! This MS patient intended on buying a salad and drink EVERY DAY for the antioxidants that she needs for her MS AND my patient is a member of the local Chamber of Commerce! I went online to arrange the refund 3 days ago and NO ONE has contacted me from the company YET! They don't even HAVE a customer service phone contact number. That's how much they want to hear from THEIR CUSTOMERS. Plus, when we were still picking up the orders I asked them NOT to crumple up the free naan bread that comes with the order (that they forgot to include half the time), and was told that they do it the way they do it and they get 700 orders a day and can't remember every NITPICKING REQUEST EVERY CUSTOMER MAKES! I managed restaurants for over 30 years and have NEVER talked to a customer this way let alone threaten them WITH THE POLICE!? When I had DAILY customers I learned AND called them by their first names AND if they ordered the same thing every day I had it READY AND WAITING FOR THEM WHEN THEY WALKED IN THE DOOR OR DROVE THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU! ALSO, when I told them when I requested they NOT crumple up the bread, could they please remember since we'd be ordering EVERY DAY, he schrugged his shoulders as if to say he could care less if we EVER ordered AGAIN! After I left and called him by phone he told me I was a pain with my special bread request ( demonstrating that he COULD REMEMBER IT, HE JUST WASN'T GOING TO DO IT)! Now I've got to take them to small claims court just to get my$60 dollars refunded by the courts PLUS court fees since I'm SO OBVIOUSLY going to WIN! DON'T EAT HERE OR AT ANY OTHER cava, small case for a very small minded company, they don't give a SQUAT about YOU!
