You can tell they actually care about making your experience a good one. Basically: amazing food + awesome people + the perfect lunch = CAVA has my heart. ❤️🥗 If you haven’t tried it yet, go. - JSJayne SimpsonSep 11, 20261.0this location is an absolute menace to quality. after ordering online for pickup once, we got home to discover half full bowls will at least 1 missing topping each, and both side orders missing. contacted Cava about it and they gave us 2 free bowls in our account to make up for it (we attached photos of the previous one). Went back today and ordered online again for pickup. my pita wrap was fine & included everything. sides made it. however the bowl was again half assed & missing a topping (broccoli, which is interesting bc that’s what was missing last time). Not sure if it’s bowl creation, broccoli, or takeout that’s the problem here, but i don’t know that i’ll order in person here to find out.
