  I came in on a Saturday around 5pm. Amazing staff holding everything down. Courteous and warm. I appreciate walking into any cava and getting the same hospitality and smiles.

  I guess this location is NOT black friendly or welcoming! This was thewordt customer service I’ve had since I’ve been here from Wisconsin. It’s really saddening when you can feel someone is irritated by your presence… no smiles no thank you have a great day just rushed services and “anything else” but to have the very next people to have a oh thank you, we’ll have a gear day, smiling from ear to ear! This was really disheartening and ik in these times people don’t care about how we’re treated but to all my melanated sisters and brother let’s pass this one by! We deserve to be treated the same because all dollars spent are the same! I hope the staff gets retrained on good Custer service and equality within!

  I really enjoyed my experience at CAVA! Everything was so fresh and flavorful, and my meal was absolutely delicious. The staff was super friendly, and the whole experience just felt really welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back.

  Dom is the man! He was so patient with us during our first visit and made us feel like we were at home. Such a great location and so excited it’s just 4 mins from my new place. Will be back probably too much

  Visited this CAVA location at 9pm, a full hour before closing, and paid full price for a subpar experience. There was a steady stream of customers, yet staff appeared more focused on closing down than serving those still coming in. Nearly every ingredient was out of stock, leaving little to actually order. The rice was hard and dry, unclear if it was stale or undercooked. If the store is going to stay open until 10pm, it should be staffed and stocked to serve customers through close, not treat the last hour as an afterthought. Management should consider offering a discount when ingredients are this limited, or improve staffing and inventory planning for closing shifts.
