  We come to this cava all the time because we usually really love the food. I’ve been meaning to make a review so today’s the day. Line gets long sometimes, but that’s not the issue. The lobby desperately needs some refinishing and is always grimey. Staff changes often so service is really inconsistent. They rarely offer the free pita, struggle to redeem my points in the app, and today they mistakingly put the crazy feta on my partner’s bowl and instead of taking it off, the guy just covered it up with another dip… kinda weird. Also today, they were out of lamb meatballs (my fav) and the guy wouldn’t tell me how long the wait was gonna be for more. I got chicken instead and it tasted fishy :/ The list goes on.. messed up online orders, rude workers, incompetency. We really wish the service was better because cava is a healthy yummy option

  Absolutely obsessed with this place! Blanca made the whole experience feel so welcoming and fun from the moment we walked in. The environment was super clean, the food was AMAZING, and the atmosphere was such a vibe. Everything felt elevated but still comfortable and inviting. Truly a 10/10 experience and I already can’t wait to come back 💕

  My mom and myself dined here for the very 1st time today. I have to say THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS!!! Now I have to admit, the counter servant was completely lacking a personality. No smile, no hello with welcome, no conversation to make us feel welcome. NOTHING!! THENNN..... I asked if she had a knife to cut our pita in half. She dead straight said they don't have knives, but there's plastic cutlery around the corner from the counter. LoL!!!!! I 100% plan to eat at CAVA again...... JUST NOT THIS LOCATION!!! Let me know if you hire a staff with a personality and I will come back here.

  GREAT location! I came from out of town for business and went here for dinner. The atmosphere was very welcoming and inviting. Place was clean and service was top notch! Nitai served me and was very kind and thorough. Great customer service on his part. Would definitely recommend to all, thanks for a wonderful experience Nitai and staff! Until next time!

  Did a mobile order at 8pm, the rice was so undercooked it was literally raw and hard. They are knowingly selling undercooked rice because when I went back to the store and asked for a refund the “manager” if you can even call her that was not shocked. She said she could not give me a refund since it was a mobile order but they sure took my money when I placed the order? She was so rude as someone who works in customer service and sells she is an absolute embarrassment and disgusting. Couldn’t even come out to face me and sent all the other employees to come and talk to me through her? What kind of service is that? She said she was going to comp 2 bowls for next time then just never came back out? Not to mention even when my girlfriend went to pick up the mobile order she was super rude to her as well. Will never place another order ever again and I will be calling that 1-800 number for my refund! What a disgusting place.
