At most Buffalo Wild Wings locations we’ve visited, there’s usually open seating around the bar area, so we walked in to look around first. A server immediately approached us in a very rude and unprofessional manner and told us there was a wait for both the dining room and bar area. no hello how are you or how can I Help you. Just yelled at us. I understand policies are policies, but the attitude and delivery were completely unnecessary. Felt very dismissive and hostile from the start. We decided not to stay and unfortunately won’t be coming back. Management should really work on customer service and professionalism because first impressions matter.
