He paid with Apple Pay, they made his food and then said they had a problem with their system and couldn’t see the payment on their end. However the money did in fact get deducted from his Apple Pay. Nonetheless they refused to give him his food. So he paid and because of some technical error on their end they didn’t give him the food and we were out $18. Had to file with Apple Pay to get his money back. Horrible way to treat a customer, especially a kid.

Amazing staff, espcially Martha, sweetest woman ever! Food was amazing, never tried it and we saw the location here and just HAD to stop! Was not disappointed! Great, service, people, atmosphere and food! Definitely recommend!
- HIH ISep 25, 20261.0My son goes to this establishment regularly. Today he went and ordered a $20 meal. He used Apple Pay as always. The cashier insisted that the charge did not go through but I could see the charge in my son’s transaction history. The cashier said another customer had the same issue earlier. She called the manager, Martha. Martha refused to allow her staff to give my son his food (that was cooked and ready) that we paid for. They said we had to call Apple Pay. Shame on you Martha for not putting your loyal customer first. Clearly you are having an issue with your system. You shouldn’t allow customers to use Apple Pay if you know it’s not working. You need to go through customer service training.
- TBTravis BridleSep 21, 20264.0The food was good over all but I was disappointed in the bread to meat ratio of the hot chicken sandwich. Again, it was tasty but not filling. As far as fast casual goes if I was going to try to get more food for the same price I would consider other options but if I had a craving for a spicy chicken sandwich this would definitely hit the mark. The fries were okay but I came in during a slow part of the day so I could tell they weren’t super fresh. I think a 4 star is fair given all the above.
