  Arrived at 0930 when google says they open and sat in the drive through until 0945 even drove around twice and saw the worker stare at me from behind the counter...never once answered the speaker to even say they weren't open, terrible customer service. Last time I came to this location I had wait almost 15 minutes for a beef and cheddar...will not be going here again.

  The absolute worst service I have ever received in my life. I could tell staff was stressed & was very understanding until a woman whose name i didnt catch became very rude & combative after I asked for some missing items on my order. Rudely asked me to pull forward & then accused me of not paying for the items I asked for. And older woman brought out the sandwich & was very professional. The other lady had no reason to act the way she was toward me. I will not be coming back.

  No arby sauce. Wasted my time only to find out after getting my food. Don't waste your time going there.

  This is the third time now that they didn't even say "I'll be right with you" when I pulled up. It's just silence until I lose my patience and ask if anyone's there. Not only that, but they really need to learn that some people have more difficult last names. Usually I will pronounce my last name and clarify that it starts with a K O Z H, but even after I clarify this spelling of my name, they still will sometimes ask me two or even three times what my last name is. At this point they need to accept first names as an answer, or maybe learn that not everyone is named John White.
