    This location is great to grab a quick lunch. They have a drive thru which makes lunch stops easy even with kiddos in the car. The staff was great about making our sandwiches, even with the kids "concoctions" and extra requests. The lady working the drive thru was very kind.

    5/5 Stars I have visited the Jimmy John's in Alamosa, Colorado multiple times, both during lunch and evening hours, and I wanted to share my observations. During the evening shift, there are typically only two employees working, and I can honestly say they are always busy. Every time I have come in, they have been making sandwiches, cleaning, stocking, helping customers, or taking care of other responsibilities. I've never seen them standing around or wasting time. Despite operating with such a small crew, they consistently provide fast service and make great food. In contrast, when I've visited during lunch hours, the staff often appeared less productive. While the daytime employees generally wore uniforms that looked clean, professional, and free of holes or stains, the service seemed slower and there were times when employees appeared to be standing around rather than actively working. What stands out to me is that management seems more concerned with the appearance of the daytime shift than recognizing the performance of the evening shift. The two evening employees consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic, keep the store running efficiently, and deliver a great customer experience. Unfortunately, the uniforms they are wearing are often worn out and in unacceptable condition, with visible signs of wear that do not reflect the quality of their work. Rather than focusing solely on appearances, I believe management should recognize and reward the employees who are consistently putting in the effort. The night shift team deserves significant praise for their dedication, and honestly, they deserve raises for the level of work they do. They are a great representation of customer service and commitment. I didn't catch their names, and out of respect for their privacy, I will not be posting pictures. However, I hope management knows exactly who they are and takes the time to acknowledge the hard work they put in every evening. The food is consistently good, the service is fast, and the evening crew deserves recognition for keeping things running smoothly with only two people.
