Worst Jimmy John’s experience I’ve ever had This was our first time eating at this Jimmy John’s, and unfortunately, it was also our last. We were simply trying to enjoy a meal with our family when the experience became extremely uncomfortable and disturbing. There were two male employees and one female employee working. The two male employees displayed some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. One of the male employees was cleaning the bathrooms and taking out the trash. He then rushed out the door while loudly using the F-word. I unfortunately did not get a picture of him. The other male employee’s behavior was even more concerning. He began aggressively slamming chairs—so loudly that we literally had to stop our conversation because we couldn’t hear each other. He proceeded to slam approximately 10 chairs back-to-back. This started a little more than an hour before closing, which made us feel like we were being intentionally rushed out of the restaurant. He also repeatedly threw his hands up while talking and continued making gestures toward us that came across as threatening and aggressive. Even as we were leaving and saying goodbye, we could see him still throwing his hands up and looking toward us. We came in expecting to enjoy a meal with our family, not to feel uncomfortable, threatened, or like we needed to leave. Regardless of whether employees are getting ready to close, customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and courtesy until the restaurant is actually closed. Customer service still matters. Employees represent the business they work for, and behavior like this should be addressed and taken seriously. I hope management reviews what happened and addresses the behavior of these employees. We will unfortunately not be returning to this establishment.

I have been to this location versus the other option down the street. Just the difference in quality of food and excellent customer service will keep me coming back. Thank you for being here and being a positive asset to the hungry community!

Just skip it, 16 for a chicken gyro that was just lettuce, 2 tomato and cucumber slices. Almost zero chicken. Placed the order for pick up, walk in and it’s completely empty and the one worker is just playing on their phone. How can I help? Oh the online order? Then wait for it to be made. Horrible service and zero value. Better to just not eat

Just another poorly ran fast food restaurant in Alamosa. I swear I don’t even try in this town anymore. They’re so slow that I set a timer and decided to leave after waiting at the drive thru speaker for three minutes. There was one other person in the drive thru in front of me. I think they were understaffed and slammed with online orders. I’m not putting up with all that man, I just want a sandwich real quick.
