Fresh made bagels and bread baked daily are the best. All the menu items are great. My go to is the asiago chicken sandwich. The only critique is the dinning area and restrooms are never as clean as they should be.

Ordered 3 salads. To go. The main reason I ordered mine was avocados but they forgot them. My son really did not like Panera so I begged him to give them a chance. They blew it.

Hello! I wanted to point out that the service I received from Leslie and Bree in the kitchen was the utmost experience. They both know all of the products very well. Very professional and beautiful smiles.

I went in today to get an iced coffee. The first one was made incorrectly, so I asked if it could be remade. The second one was also wrong. On the third attempt, I was told my order didn't include milk—even though my receipt clearly shows that it did. Instead of checking the order, the staff insisted there was no milk until I pointed out the receipt. They eventually acknowledged the mistake was on their end. By that point, I didn't even want the coffee anymore, so I asked if I could switch to a different drink. After spending about 15–20 minutes in the store because of multiple mistakes that weren't mine, I was given a regular-sized replacement. Honestly, after everything that had happened, I think upgrading the replacement to a large would have been the least they could have done. What bothered me most wasn't just that my order was made wrong multiple times. It was the way the situation was handled. I was repeatedly told my order didn't include milk when it clearly did, and by the end of the interaction I no longer felt comfortable drinking the replacement beverage. I ended up throwing it away. I like Panera, but this was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've had. A simple coffee order shouldn't take multiple remakes, an argument over what's printed on the receipt, and 15–20 minutes to resolve. I have pictures but it won't let me post them

I’ve been giving this location another chance because, genuinely, it seemed like things had been getting better. Unfortunately, today was another incredibly frustrating experience. When I came in, I noticed my strawberry lemonade wasn’t filled all the way, so I assumed my order might still be getting finished. Before going to the bathroom, I asked the employees whether there was a bathroom code. They told me there wasn’t, and I went to the restroom. When I came back, my drink still had not been properly filled, so I grabbed my food and drink. I had not even left the building yet when I heard one employee ask another, “Was that hers?” and another employee respond, “I hope so.” What do you mean, “I hope so”? If there was genuinely a question about whether I was taking my own order, I was standing right there. Ask me. “Excuse me, can I confirm that’s your order?” That’s it. Instead, nobody checked anything, nobody said anything to me, and then employees started talking about me while I was still standing in the restaurant. That’s what I find particularly unprofessional. I hadn’t even left. If you genuinely thought there was a problem, address me directly. If there wasn’t a problem, why are employees talking about me behind my back loudly enough for me to hear before I’ve even walked out the door? It also makes me question the entire Rapid Pickup process. If employees don’t actually verify who is taking an order and are instead standing behind the counter saying, “I hope so,” what is preventing somebody from simply walking in and taking someone else’s food? Either orders are being verified or they aren’t. And then there was the drink itself. I paid roughly $6 for a strawberry lemonade that wasn’t filled properly, tasted watered down, and contained an excessive amount of pulp. For a drink at that price point, I expect considerably better quality than watered-down lemonade full of pulp. This is especially disappointing because I had actually noticed improvement at this location recently. I thought things were getting better. Instead, today I received an improperly prepared drink, once again had issues with the Rapid Pickup process, and then got to listen to employees discuss me and apparently question whether I was taking my own food while I was still standing there. I’m asking Panera to address both the service at this location and the quality of what I was served today. I would also like the strawberry lemonade refunded. I paid approximately $6 for it, and what I received was not acceptable.
