  They give you half what they used to when you get protein and if you want more you have to pay double. I asked for the manager and he came out and said “if you told them to double it then they have to charge you” I said I wanted what used to be given, and he replied “then ask for a little bit more and they will give it to you no charge” I told him “she didn’t give me that choice, I was told I had to double it” to which he replied “yeah bro, because we Up Sell, thats our job is to up sell”. He made it abundantly clear he doesn’t care about his customers AT ALL! All he cares about is profit margins! He literally told me to my face with that statement that he was ripping me off and there was nothing I could do about it. Enjoy your 1 Star review and a customer who will not only never come back, but tell all his friends to steer clear of your store!

  For the love of god can this place just do better!?? It's like they only hire high schoolers who've never really had a real job before and they clearly show it with improper management to teach them real skills and restaurant etiquette. The food is slopped together and the quality is not so great either you get big chunks of grisly meat thrown in there and clearly there are no guidelines with basically anything. The same order is completely different from day to day depending on who's working. Now let's get into sanitation!! This place has no cleaning schedule. They dont give a crap about there customers. Especially for a food facility there should be someone on staff going around and wiping everything down basically all day. The front of the establishment smells of a homeless encampment. Almost like someone is urinating just outside the front door! That really makes your meal appetizing doesn't it? The glass windows look filthy and greasy! They need some serious washing! Like everyday! Please! Wipe down the doors! The handles! Everything. Give your customers the sense that they are not going to possibly be getting food poisoning. I've seen public bathrooms cleaner! I walked up to the entrance and couldn't even use my hand to grab the door handle. The cashier looked like her previous job was at Hot Topic. How hard is it for the owner and management to create a better system for there establishment?! Maybe think about hiring a power washing service and deep cleaning the concrete out front? Its your job and duty to the people you serve and are feeding. Put a little pride into that and have respect for your customers. Now we all know Simi has a problem with keeping a business open for maximum a year right? And this place has remained for quite a while now. Please have some pride in your business and put some basic rules into place. So I give it one star deservingly!! Do better!! I really dont want to even return and eat your food! I highly recommend others walking away as well! Demand the respect you deserve and maybe we'll come back! & maybe even be a repeat customer!

  My first experience in a chipotle, very good experience, the meat isn’t the best but the vegetables are very fresh and there is great service, would definitively order much more in the future

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The “General Manager” Anthony clearly doesn’t know how to treat employees with respect. The place is all quite and I can tell the employees feel uncomfortable working under his leadership. It was uncomfortable to watch the way the staff was spoken to, and it created a negative atmosphere throughout the restaurant. Employees deserve to be treated professionally, especially when they’re working hard. On top of that, the burrito I received was one of the worst I’ve ever had from any Chipotle. It was poorly made, unevenly filled, and lacked the quality and freshness I normally expect. Between the poor food quality and the management, I won’t be returning to this location unless significant changes are made.

  My order got mixed up, but the woman who helped me turned the whole experience around. She was so kind, patient, and professional. She made sure my order was remade perfectly and took the time to make everything right. Great customer service like that really stands out, and I truly appreciate her positive attitude and willingness to help. Thank you for making fixing my order. ( my husband picked the other up and I came back if you remember me hey girl) !!!! Lol
