As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- P2Preacher 248tv6 days ago1.0Got parked. Saw car after car after car get served. Stopped the lady and asked her why I’ve been parked for 30min. She responding saying they forgot about me . She said it will be a while longer. So far at the point of writing this, I have yet to receive my food, and been waiting 52min. What will be following up with the chain and managment. This was completely unacceptable.ordered 20 wings and 2 sandwhiches. Ask for managment information, was denied. This was beyond bad customer service.

What a waste of money. 5/13/26 I went to the site you posted in response and got nothing. Par for the course.

- RARebecca AugustinMay 5, 20264.0Food is definitely really good, service is pretty slow as the workers are busy fulfilling other people's orders so you have to be patient with them when it comes down to that, the atmosphere is calm, & I believe they take some type of special food stamps if you have EBT but it has to be that specific EBT. Not the grocery EBT.
