First, the buffet looks beautiful. Clean. But, the Food was just barely warm, like warm sitting on the kitchen counter. No hot food. Hard to eat warm beef and broccoli. No sweet and sour pork or chicken. No change available for leaving a tip. No one came around to refill drinks. Very disappointed. I did report this and nothing!
We have been there a number of times and it was pretty nice with large variety of good food. The previous time we went the food was lukewarm but decided to try it again today for lunch. Selection was ok but again the food was barely warm. We don’t like barely warm food so only gave 3 stars for food. May not revisit.

This was a one and done for my family and I. First off the place is disgusting, I posted a photo of the floors, there was a kid laying down on the floor which was so sad to see. As a parent my child would've be in the seat not laying on that disgusting floor. I didn't get time to do the girls bathroom but DON'T get me started on that. One stall had USED toilet paper all over the seat, on the floor and hanging from the trash can. The other has fecal matter just in there, it smelled horrid just walking in. By the sushi and steak area, the floor was taped down which made no sense to me, why not just replace it? The only thing good about it was honestly just the food, i mean some of it could've used a little more seasoning like the ribs, the spicy chicken that had jalapeños in it and the ice cream needs to be reevaluate. There was one server who wasn't even our server and she was the sweetest thing there besides the guy coming the steaks for us who just clocked into work, he held conversations with us and was so polite. The guy server we had just kept walking past us when we would try to get his attention. In all honesty, the place needs to be renovated and put under new management. Highly disappointed, especially for the price we paid, shoot I'd rather go to the one out in Phoenix which is much bigger and a lot more nicer.
Every time I go to pick up a delivery order, they always tell me it will take 5 minutes when in reality it means 30 minutes. It’s always the same three assistants who tell me the same thing. They need better customer service because they make me lose my time and money, and not only that, I end up canceling the order and I don’t receive anything in return. Also, it doesn’t bother me if they tell me it’s going to take more than 15, 20, or 30 minutes, just tell me how long it will take so I can decide if I stay and wait or leave and another driver can pick up the order, but no, they prefer to lie to us and waste our time and money. Whenever I ask them how long it will take, they always say 5 minutes, I tell them to check and they just act dumb and keep saying another 5 minutes, that they are packing the food when it’s barely being cooked, and they make me wait there for more than 30 minutes

I visited Lins Grand Buffet and honestly this location felt disappointing compared with other restaurants in the same chain. The food was there, but the overall selection was surprisingly small and limited.

For a buffet, variety is everything. Here, the choices felt too modest, and that takes away the excitement people usually expect when they walk into a place like this. It wasn’t terrible — just noticeably underwhelming.

The biggest comparison for me is the Laredo location of the same chain. That one feels much stronger, fuller, and more satisfying in both selection and overall experience. This Yuma branch simply doesn’t reach that level.

Sometimes one location reminds you how much management and execution matter. Same name, same concept, but a very different result.
