  Came in for a cine. Menu said reg was 2.19. I ordered a kids with sprinkles it was 2.75 and was a cone with a literal bite of ice cream. I asked am I charged more than a regular cine and given a half inch of ice cream? They said the sprinkles were extra. I asked how much. They said "couple cents" so I asked if a regular is 2.19 how much am I being charged for the kids? They couldn't answer because they were just trying to scam me and see if id just hand money over. At the end of the day they couldn't tell me how much for a regular cine, because it was 219 and they were too busy trying to sell me something half the size for 3 bucks

  Terrible. Everytime I go to pick up inside they just look at you and don’t even say welcome or 0 customer service. Seriously lacking customer service skills or communication skills. Dirty, inside the facility and their attitude. just lacking severely.

  Very stingy with their ice cream and my shake wasn't even mixed all the way. The main lady is always rude

  I had such a lovely experience today! The young girl who took my order was incredibly kind, patient and super pleasant to talk to. I had a few questions and changed my mind once or twice and she never made me feel rushed. She smiled the whole time and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. It's so nice to see someone who still takes the time to treat customers with warmth and respect. Small acts of kindness can go a long way in someone’s day. I hope she is regonized for all her hard work.
