@Arbys @ArbysCares I need you to read this carefully. I pulled up to your drive-thru with $3.30 in coins — quarters, dimes, nickels, and yes, some pennies — for a $3.30 order. Legal. United. States. Currency. Your employee looked at my money, looked at me, and with an actual smirk on his face said: "I won't take your pennies." And denied me the order. Not $300. Not $30. Three dollars and thirty cents. The coins that have been sitting in your own lobby donation jar since 2009. I want to know: is this your policy, or did one of your employees just decide that humiliating a customer over pocket change sounded like a fun Monday night? This person identified himself as the manager on duity. Because right now, the whole internet gets to decide which one it is.
