  Cashier was extremely rude . I asked for ranch and ketchup and she said it’s 27 cents I said that’s fine she closed the window on me . Brought the ranch I said I needed ketchup also and she closed the Winslow proceeding to take another order I checked the bag there was ketchup in there already so I said never mind through the window she never acknowledged said your welcome or checked if I got what I needed very poor customer service I have worked a drive through window and that is not the way to multi task

  I was there 4-15-26 at 10:20 or so, I usually have good experience here but today I had a lady take my order extremely rudely. I asked for the "supersonic double bacon cheeseburger" first and she told me I have to tell her the number on the menu. I tried to let her know I was reading the order from a message rather than searching for the number but she was really rushing me so I wouldn't even have had time to look at the menu to try and find the number for the order. There was only one other car there and yet she continued to rush. She told me they didn't have the burger I asked for but she'd add bacon to a regular double sonic burger, so I just said okay even though after she ended the order I literally found the burger I wanted on the menu. The worst bit at the end I tried to double check if she got the bacon, because she had not said it in her fast recap of the order, she snapped at me and told me "I already told you I put it on there" the burgers were made poorly and as well =/ and I realized it was more expensive the way she did it too! Paid over 50 for burgers that were not what I asked for and my family didn't even like.

  So far I haven't had any issues with this location. I love their junior bacon burger and their shakes
