  Kiosk were closed but i just wanted to check total if i upgraded the side to mozzarella and drink to a lemonade got yelled at by the guy in the back than waited at the counter for like 3 minutes he never comes i go walk loves come back say hello and he doesent even acknowledge me, no ill be there in a minute or just let me wrap up this guys order nothing

  Paid 57.12 with my wife and it was trash I called the manager he didn’t he’ll whatsoever he blew me off I doubt we will get a call back … All the staff do over night is sit at tables and sit outside smoking

  Went threw drive threw at 11:00 am was asked to pull in front no chicken strip ready. 25 minutes later I went in the store and was told sorry we forgot you. WTH ?? very poor service,food was over done and sandwiches was cold. I will never go to Winslow Arby's again

  They do not honor Arby's Rewards so dont expect to use them here! Ordered mozzarella sticks, no marinara in the bag! Don't order the cheese steak if your driving unless you want a mess in you vehicle. My opinion, better options for food elsewhere in Winslow, so go somewhere else.
