  All the employees were very helpful. A special shout out to Tim; who ran back and forth assisting me in finding additional product as it was my first time to this location. 😁 In addition, two other employees helped to take out and load cases of water onto the truck. Then continued to load 2 more carts of groceries. This is the type of service every customer hopes for... Thank you for everything! Happy 4th if July.🎆

  Stopped here while passing through on a road trip and unfortunately had a very unpleasant checkout experience with a cashier named Lu. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and the first thing we were told was to remove all of our items from the basket. We complied, but throughout the transaction Lu appeared irritated and seemed like she didn't want to be there. She never once looked at us during the entire interaction. Instead, she rolled her eyes, mumbled under her breath, and handled our items carelessly. What stood out most was the complete lack of basic customer service. We were never told our total, never thanked, and never acknowledged at the end of the transaction. Before we could even tell whether the transaction was complete or before she handed us our receipt, she had already moved on to helping the customers behind us. It felt as though she couldn't wait to be done with us. When my husband thanked her as we were leaving, she simply rolled her eyes and turned away. Everyone can have a bad day, but this interaction felt unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. After a long day of traveling, it left a very negative impression. Hopefully management can address this and ensure customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect.

  I like to shop here for items not carried at Walmart. Safeway's deli and bakery are the best. Yes, I feel prices are much higher here than Walmart, so I look for good sales, and coupons that Safeway offers. Safeway's brand of ice cream is THE BOMB! Pistachio, Chocolate Raspberry, etc., you name it. Any flavor. They are the best, and the price can't be beat for such a delicious treat! Try their brand. You won't be disappointed.

  I always have a great experience at Safeway in Williams. The staff here are consistently helpful, patient, and kind, which makes shopping so much more enjoyable. No matter how busy the store is, employees are willing to answer questions, help find items, and provide friendly service with a smile. It's clear that customer service is a priority at this location, and I truly appreciate the positive atmosphere the staff creates. Thank you to everyone at Safeway in Williams for your hard work and dedication—it does not go unnoticed!
