  Went through drive thru and ordered a Big Mac BUNDLE got to the window she gave me big Mac MEAL so I said I ordered a big Mac BUNDLE and she got the manager and the manager said you said meal which I had another person in the car with me who also heard me say BUNDLE because we wanted the bundle also gave me two strawberry banana smoothies when I asked for mango pineapple because im allergic to banana and instead of telling me they were out she blatantly lied and said theyre mango pineapple. Definitely need to work on how they run this shop because instead of just apologizing and explaining, they tried lying to cover themselves. Didn't get names but it was a bigger girl with facial piercings and an ugly attitude.

  Pretty typical for a McDonald's. A little smaller restaurant. Only one urinal and one toilet in men's room.

  Very rude employee cleaning as im at the kiosk ordering. Mopping and sweeping the floor and brushing literally against my feet. In my personal space. As im ordering...I understand having a job to do...but respect people's personal space. Thankfully im only in town for a couple days. Won't be back to this location.

  "McDonald's consistently sets the standard for what a fast-food experience should be! I recently visited and was once again blown away by how they manage to deliver such high-quality, hot food with incredible speed. The Big Mac was assembled perfectly—every layer was fresh, and that iconic sauce was just as good as I remembered. What really stood out this time, though, was the fries. They were piping hot, golden-crisp, and salted to perfection. It is rare to find a place that can handle a massive rush while still maintaining such a high level of accuracy and friendliness, but this team nails it every time. The restaurant was bright and clean, the mobile app made ordering a breeze, and the value for the meal was excellent. There is a reason the Golden Arches are world-famous: they simply know how to take care of their customers. Whether you are grabbing a quick snack or a full meal, you can always count on a five-star experience here. I’ll definitely be back for my next McDouble fix soon!"

  Hear me out, the only thing you forgot was the ketchup that I requested. However, I regularly drive through Williams, this is not an abnormal occurrence. I should learn to check. My issue, I asked for ketchup and was told by a gentleman that he would ensure it was in the bag. Great presentation, horrible delivery. Less than a minute later I received my bag. Time on my receipt is 8:12 Am. Everyone wants minimum wages raised, which causes food prices to jump, as much as we pay for food these days, I expect better than subpar service.
