  I wish when I asked about the grill steak burrito they would of told me they didn’t have it instead of charging me for a grill cheese burrito. She’s too focused on how she looks instead of listening to what’s being order

  Horrible customer service!!! Waited 25 minutes for my food while all the customers who came after me received their food. When I asked the young man about it the way that you would have thought I was inconveniencing him; please choose better people to work in fast food! Thank god I don’t live near hear and never have to come back to this establishment

  Horrible customer service been waiting over 20 mins for a Togo order while they all talk and gossip about un work related shit I tried to help them out by ordering on the app while I was here in person so someone dint have to step off their line and take my order watch about ten people who came in after me get thier food including someone who ordered in store about 5 boxes This location sucks don’t waste your time

  Wonderful service. Food was great and hot not cold. New building so everything in this Taco Bell is new not 20 or 30 years old and wore out. Across the street from trucks stops, hotels and a campground called KOA. Within walking distance . So if you’re a trucker or a traveler you have another option to try when you’re in the area.

  Ignore bad reviews, see for yourself. Not all but Most bad reviews are from people who didn’t get a free meal so there post off. This Taco Bell is brand new less than a year old. Good service . Food is good. A nice cool temperature place to catch a meal and a drink . I’m so glad they built this Taco Bell. Willcox has options but the same options get boring. Us truckers want options. It’s across tue street from two truck stops so it’s not a far walk just across on the opposite corner. Truckers need exercise anyways. Walk across and get some of one of americas favorite quick food stops.
