  Waited over an hour for my order just to get it wrong and wait another 30 minutes for two burgers they forgot about not the first time this has happened. Wanted to hone them the benefit of the doubt that they were most short staffed but no This is the second time every time we go in they’re always shorthanded always having an excuse always only having three people working very bad service and this is the only McDonald’s near me this is just sad sad. And never have a manager on shirt at night worst McDonalds

  Worst McDonald's I've been to biscuit was hard and old meat looks old hash brown was cooked in old grease and they are lazy because they don't clean the smoothie machine will never spend my money there again

  My McGriddles were good and the fact they still have a self serve soda fountain is a nice bonus. However, the dining area is very dirty, soda machines have sticky soda all over the back and counter, and every bench in the dining room has crumbs on it. Also watched an employee stick her fingers inside the cup when brining someone’s to go order to the counter. Slim pickings in Wilcox but would likely skip in the future.

  Worst McDonald’s on I-10 and I went from Alabama to California. It took 30 min to get in kids meal and the workers kept having their boyfriends come and have conversations with them and nothing being done. It needs an Audit and retraining the whole place.
