  Ordered two crunchwrap supremes. One came with no meat in it—just lettuce and mayo. The other was supposed to have extra meat (we paid more for the addition) and it came with barely any meat. We stopped here over 6 months ago and we still talk about how disappointing it was.

  I will no longer buy food here. They can't cook beans. They make your food sloppy. I UNDERSTAND ITS FAST FOOD BUT THE BEANS ARE COLD AND GRAINY. WHY CAN'T YOU COOK SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS POWDERED REFRIED BEANS. I EVEN WENT BACK AGAIN TO SEE IF IT WAS JUST ONE TIME BUT NO. THE FOOD IS GROSS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY GO TO DEL TACO. Coming from a local. Someone needs to get fired. The owner needs to come taste that food.

  Awesome vibes in this restaurant, tried to leave a tip because the staff just went beyond with my order, got it done so fast and efficient. This restaurant is the best one to eat at if you are craving anything good and they serve anything all day. Got to chat with some of the people that work there , so friendly and generous . Let me tell if you want a cool drink after a hot drive this is the place. The vibe and atmosphere and music is such a soothing experience, absolutely great job to the whole people that make it happen here . There is spacious parking , the drive thru moves so fast. Very clean and sanitary place. They really work hard to keep this place home. I would SO come back here for just a quick bite . I appreciate everything that the people did and continue to do to make sure that a costumer is happy.   FIRST off horrible customer service , the young lady Alyssa who was working through the drive is very rude threatening to SPIT in people's food and when I asked for my refund physically ATTACKED me! Then I spoke to the manager Toni who was trying to get Alyssa under control because she was yelling and cursing at me was having a hard time, it's ridiculous she needs to be fired. Honestly everyone here needs to be restrained.

  I stopped here with my family despite the reviews 3 days ago. A senior citizen female employee came out of taco bell rude as ever and said “ We are closing so if you are going to buy something you need to come order it right now”. Shocked by the customer service I was getting, I responded I do not like your attitude, I would like to speak to your manager because that is not how you greet customers. She said “ Well she’s in here it doesn’t matter anyway because we’re closing”. The manager was completing an order for the drive through and thinking she was another working by the grown she was wearing in her face and her attitude I asked can I speak with your manager because she is rude that is not good customer service. She ignored me, then I said excuse me again she said I’m the manager I’m in the middle of something, I”ll get there when I’m ready. I said wow no wonder why she acts the way that she does. I asked for corporates number she didn’t want to give me the number or their names. The rude worker continued to talk to her while she was completing an order and told me it doesn’t matter this is just taco bell. I told her you must not want your job. The manager yelled at me the customer, and said don’t talk to her like that. Never stop here both people need to be fired to shorten this long story.
