  20 min wait on a mobile order. I get my food and the fries are limp and warm. Third time with this service from this location.

  I order from this Mcds when I work late. They are open. The orders do not get messed up often and the food is consistent. So again coming home from work I pop in the drive thu just to find the 24hr McD's is closed. Website and Google hours posted are incorrect. You need to fix website and door signs. Thank you for the false advertising and hope, we need that today.

  I took my daughter to get a happy meal as a treat for the day as she loves getting the new plushy toys and i decided to order a 2nd happy meal to get a 2nd toy for her. I have done this in the past and when I did i received 2 of the exact same toy. This time I requested to guy handing me the happy meals if he could check to make sure I got 2 different toys this time. He stated he couldn't do it because there is no way to tell which toy it is. However, these toys display a picture of the exact toy on the box and i told him that. He immediately gave an attitude and walked away. He came back and handed me both happy meals and I thanked him. He did not acknowledge me except to give me a dirty look. These toys are more important to kids then anyone thinks as it makes their day can become their only focus. I was trying to do right by my daughter just to receive attitude from this guy. Horrible service. I wouldn't be so upset if it wasn't something against my child. Even she child said "he was mad" as I pulled away from the takeout window.

  Worst McDonald's. Save yourself some money & trouble, go to the Houghton location. They have an up charge for everything. I ordered a Medium Coffee & 2 McDouble meals with 2 Hi-C as the drinks for the meal. They charged me for the Hi-C seperate & added the Medium Coffee to the meal & got me for a $2 up charge. I asked for extra sweetener in my wife's Coffee as I usually do at no charge, first time ever, up charge of $1. I asked for an extra Sweet n Sour dip, yes, you guessed it, another up charge. Seems like they are losing money due to their horrible service they have to charge for every little thing. I have an idea, offer great service and folks just may come back and spend their money here rather then go to the Houghton location.
