  We come here often for late night treats for our family. V (one of the managers) is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She takes great care of the customers!

  I struggle with going to McDonalds as they are over priced and 99% of the time I have to go back in because they messed up my order. I did have to go back in tonight and the young lady I spoke with apologized for the error and had it remain. They made it right, but having to constantly check my order prior to leaving gets a little old. The prices are ridiculously expensive and it isn't good quality of food.

  This place stinks 2 times in a row ive gone people get their order taken before me even though I was in the drive through first. Service is slow and not very good. Wont be coming back to this location

  The last 2 days on my way in to work i stopped by to grab a 2 for $5 around 4:30AM because they advertise they are a 24 hour mcdonalds. Both times I was not helped at the drive through. I ended up having to go out of my way to rita ranch and go to the location there to get my breakfast. If you're going to advertise you are open 24 hours, you better be serving people 24 hours. Its absolutely ridiculous. For people that have to get to work early, a quick breakfast is all we want and having to go out of our way to a different location just to get a quick bite is aggravating! Get it together!

  Steadily going down hill. Get rid of workers and replace with kiosk and you get zero care, zero help. Take away self serve drinks, napkins, condiments and we are waiting way too long for help. Have to yell to get anyone's attention. I hate how we are going this route. No one cares anymore.
