  Very clean, but definitely needs a soda bar, we're people can get Ice. Water etc... Without having to wait for a employee.

  Worst McDonald's. Save yourself some money & trouble, go to the Houghton location. They have an up charge for everything. I ordered a Medium Coffee & 2 McDouble meals with 2 Hi-C as the drinks for the meal. They charged me for the Hi-C seperate & added the Medium Coffee to the meal & got me for a $2 up charge. I asked for extra sweetener in my wife's Coffee as I usually do at no charge, first time ever, up charge of $1. I asked for an extra Sweet n Sour dip, yes, you guessed it, another up charge. Seems like they are losing money due to their horrible service they have to charge for every little thing. I have an idea, offer great service and folks just may come back and spend their money here rather then go to the Houghton location.

  Tried a few times thinking maybe it was just a bad day and got cold fries. Next time I went the burger was dry and cold. Last visit just the same, cold crumby food and just like every visit, service is wah wah. Like it's a bad day for everyone that works there every time I go. I suggest going to the other Vail location off of Houghton.
