The staff was rude to my family and even when I discussed it with the manager in a calm and respectful manner, he was dismissive and didn’t take any action. I suspect it’s because there a few restaurants in the town and it’s a bustling tourist gateway to the Grand Canyon. From all of the other reviews I can tell that they don’t really care. Pizza Hut needs to take more interest in training its franchisees, staff and managers.
