  Honestly it's a shame because I love wingstop but the service? I hope you don't have anything else to do when waiting for your order here. Sloths move faster than the staff. Usually about a 45 minute wait every time without fail.

  Cold food every time. Never fails. Not sure what's going on at this Wingstop, but it's not working. Everytime we order from this place, the food is either cold, wrong, or both!

  This is the worst wing place. The wings are mid, the service is trash. I ordered wings 45 early and I get there they haven't even started them. Had to wait 20 more min.

  I was driving on my way home today thinking of how I was going to write a good review about the restaurant, because I have had good experiences with this location in the past with food and staff, however when I got home I discovered that my order was wrong (the flavor was incorrect). I called the location to ask what my options were because I live 30 minutes away (one way) from the restaurant so driving another hour to get a new order wasn't really an option for me. The team member who answered the phone was polite and respectful, and said she would grab a manager for the issue. When the manager came on the phone, he claimed to have made the order and proceeded to argue with me about how he had prepared it, claiming to prepare it with the flavor on the ticket. Even when I had the order with me and had tasted, smelled, and clearly seen an entirely different flavor, he continued to insist he was correct. I told him he must be mistaken then and insisted on a refund. He very shortly informed me that a refund would be issued in a few days and quickly hung up the phone with barely a 'bye', clearly impatient. The food is actually pretty good when made right, but the manager on lunch shift on this date is argumentative, rude, and unable to own up to his own mistakes. Check your orders before you leave.

  I put in an online order for pickup at 7pm and they hadn’t even started making my order at 7pm. They said that they had only received my order a few minutes ago. That is bull since I had put the order in at 5pm on their website. Plenty of time in advance. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for my food to be ready when it was supposed to be ready at 7 PM.
