Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- MSMariitza C S.L.1 day ago1.0I Placed a order online for pickup. Said order would be ready by 10:17pm. Showed up at 10:30pm...order wasn't ready. Workers were laughing and standing around. Had to wait for order to be ready. Bad customer service.
- JDJesse DePoy2 days ago1.0Most of us have worked fast food, so we know that this is a reason not to mark drive thru orders as complete. When I pulled up to the speaker and told them I was picking up online orders and gave them the names, they asked me to pull into the right lane. I watched them serve everyone who had pulled up ahead of me as well as everyone else who was there the same time as me. Then they were serving everyone who had just gotten there. Finally one of the employees came back over and asked what my orders were. She sent someone else out with one of them, and I told him there was another and offered to show him and with a smart alec voice he said he wouldn't need to see it if it was the same thing. Then I could see him through the window gesturing at me and obviously mouthing off to his fellow employees. Then he walked back to me, handed me the other order and walked away with a huffy exhalation noise. I hope their managers see the reviews because there are plenty of people willing to take all kinds of jobs right now without acting negative especially after being at fault. I wish I had gotten video of the blatant snippy attitude at the end.

I ordered X-tra ketchup, they brought my food and no ketchup in the bag, had to go inside to get it which defeats the whole purpose of curbside pick up. Then I get home and open the burger and theres hardly any toppings, the extra cheese I paid for is sad, the lettuce isnt even correct , I got 3 or 4 little pieces. Ive never had a bad experience at a Whataburger until now. Skip these penny pinchers and go to another Whataburger......SAD!!!!
- RRRo RoJul 29, 20262.0First time customer. From Washington state. The burgers are nasty. They only put mustard, cheese and hella diced onion on the burgers. They completely smothered my burger with mustard. Probably used a quarter of the bottle. Had to wipe it all off and still threw the burger out. The service was horrible. Probably because it was a bunch of teens working.
