  Whoever was working at night on 9/24/26 is lazy and should be unemployed. I literally just ordered fries and gravy and they gave me a small cup of flour pepper water and cold limp fries. Delivery was 9 minutes from pick up to my door. It’s a shame because I normally am happy with what I get from this store but tonight was a real disappointment.

  I asked for two extra crispy fries and what I got was two regular fries that were cold by the time I got to my car ( Maybe 45 seconds ) and tasted like they were under the heat lamp for 15-20 minutes. I do know the difference. stop cooking 15 lbs of un cooked fries to stay ahead of the flow. it should ALL BE FRESH COOKED. And when someone asks for EXTRA CRISPY FRIES they should be extra crispy NOT extra old. thank you.

  Went here 2 days in a row. One night for my father’s birthday. (Got my mom and dad food) and the next night for my husband and I. We ordered-the second night- a #12 with a strawberry shake and fries also the bacon wrangler with onion rings and a Powerade. The food was delicious and perfect for what we were craving. Fresh and literally perfectly made even with my extra pickles on my spicy chicken sandwich. Yum! In the drive through the service was left wanting. They were polite but pushy to get us gone. We had to ask for a spoon. They didn’t have one. (The shake is not too thick for a straw) but I wanted a spoon for it. The employee was very pushy in getting us out of the way but polite. We had to make sure the spicy ketchup was in the bag. When we asked, the employee stated; “I think so”. We had to make sure and were pleased they have us 4. My parents were very pleased with their food as well. Highly recommend. With all the multiple options, you can get fresh food and the fantastic flavor of it without the nasty grease flavor of other FF places. Enjoy!
