  Went there the cashier Michelle ask me for my order I told her and asked her for a orange juice for my mom and she said do you want just the orange juice and not thr fountain I said no the orange juice is for my mom and she asked me what does your mom want i said she doesn't want anything I had to tell her this 4 different times before she got the hint

  I had never eaten at a Whataburger. So I ordered for four people take out. Less than 5 minutes away. I ordered the bacon avocado burger on Texas toast. I pictured that being slices of avocado and nice bacon that you can actually chew. This burger was soggy and limp bacon. And the Texas toast, it was not so much toast. It was brown like it was toast at one time. Extremely soggy where your fingers would actually go through the bread from the avocado that was more like a paste. First and only time, I will not be back.

  Truly unfortunate that the warm bodies collecting a check masquerading as trained staff members can't be bothered to fill orders as requested. When I take the time to order a meal customized to my personal preferences and still have to remove the order excluded unwanted debris from my food, I'm left wondering if the staff lacks the mental capacity to comprehend and follow simple instructions? Or if they instead simply deliberately sabotage my order for some nefarious reason. It's this continuous embracement of failed customer service that continues to keep me away, that continuously drives me to seek better alternatives somewhere else. It's a overpriced under preforming burger meal, it's truly puzzling how it continuously fails to be presented as ordered. The removal of the military discount is very revealing, it clearly demonstrates a lack of patriotism and a crystal clear embracement of unrestrained corporate greed. My money spends anywhere and I'm routinely left wondering why I'd want to willingly to continue spending it here? Please raise to the challenge and strive to do better in attempting to maintain basic minimal standards.
