Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

To Whataburger Customer Care,
I am writing to formally report a serious food safety concern following a visit to your 435 W Valencia Rd) location on (4/12/2026) at approximately (3:50pm).
The food we received was of unacceptable quality. The patties were cold and appeared to have been sitting for an extended period rather than being made to order. Most distressingly, both of my sons and my partner became severely ill with symptoms of food poisoning shortly after consuming this meal.
I previously attempted to resolve this through your standard customer service channels but received no assistance. As a long-time customer who values the "made to order" standard Whataburger is known for, I am deeply disappointed that these standards were not met and that it resulted in my family’s illness.
I am requesting the following:
A formal investigation into the food handling and holding procedures at this specific location.
A follow-up from a manager or corporate representative regarding how this will be corrected.
A full refund for the order (Order #[Number] / Receipt attached).
I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter.
