Toasted marshmallows, rich caramel, vanilla, and baking spices make for a sweet and inviting nose. Light undertones of oak, summer fruits, and Granny Smith apples are also present, but need to be teased out with a swirl of the glass and deep inhale. The palate offers sweeter flavors of graham cracker, chocolate,

It’s been 100 years or so since the Jack Daniel Distillery released a whiskey of 10 years of age or greater. Evolving Jack Daniel’s past aged-stated whiskey process, these Tennessee Whiskey barrels have been aging in the Buzzard’s Roost of our barrelhouse, and methodically relocated to the lower floors of different barrel houses to extend the aging process for the last 10 summers. In a curious effort to discover what would happen if bourbon was left to weather the extreme elements: temperature fluctuations, salt air and the gentle rocking of the ship. The result was a thick, dark bourbon that showcases complex flavors reminiscent of other spirits; the almost black color and caramel flavors resemble a dark rum as the sugars within the barrels caramelized; the briny, savory taste from the barrels breathing the sea air is reminiscent of Islay Scotch; and at its core, it's a

"Our flagship bourbon is where we define the Jefferson’s taste: big and bold with hints of spice, toffee and leather. The Reserve is the perfect marriage of four different recipes of bourbon, one of which is an elder statesman. The result is bourbon that, like Thomas Jefferson, is sophisticated, complex and unforgettable."

Jefferson’s Bourbon is made in very small batches. Actually, ridiculously small batches. We take up to four different Kentucky straight bourbon whiskies of different ages and marry them together. Doing this, we get a lot of complexity and balance while maintaining the consistency needed in a bourbon (one of the blends comprising of at least 55% of the total). We wanted to make it big enough for the connoisseur, yet approachable for people just getting into the premium bourbon field.

Kentucky- This special-edition of their Wood Finishing Series celebrates the 10th anniversary of Maker's Mark 46, the brand's first innovation since the founding in 1953. Bottled at barrel strength instead of their standard 94 proof.

Back when we decided to create a new companion to Maker’s Mark®, we wanted a bourbon that offered intensified flavors &emdash; especially those of vanilla and caramel. This 100 proof expression is the second release in our Old Forester Whiskey Row Series and was specially crafted to honor the U.S. Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. After the U.S. Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897 to be labeled as Bottled in Bond, whisky must be the product of one distillation season, one distiller and from one distillery. The concept behind the Act – the idea of “sealed-in quality” – was something that Old Forester – America’s First Bottled Bourbon – introduced in 1870.

Old Forester’s fourth and final expression in the Whiskey Row Series, is a double barreled Bourbon creating a smooth mingling of sweet oatmeal raisin cookie and milk chocolate, caramel corn, and evolving spice that lead into a refined, charred oak finish.

The third member of the Old Forester Whiskey Row Series, which invites bourbon lovers to taste their way through Old Forester history through each unique expression. With each release, the series highlights significant milestones and production innovations on Louisville’s Historic Whiskey Row. Old Forester 1920 Prohibition Style is a small batch of barrels presented at 115 proof representing a barrel sample at that time.

A few years ago we asked whiskey drinkers to “Craft Your Perfect Bourbon” (C.Y.P.B.) online by visiting www.yourperfectbourbon.com and choosing their ideal bourbon recipe, proof, warehouse location and age. Thousands chose wheated bourbon, just like William Larue Weller did years ago. This limited edition whiskey is the result of the overwhelming consensus—a wheated recipe bourbon, aged on the highest warehouse floors for eight years and bottled at 95 proof.

William Larue Weller developed his original bourbon recipe with wheat, rather than rye. Bottled at the same 114 proof the spirit was when it entered into the barrel, this non-chill filtered wheated bourbon forgoes chill filtration to preserve all the naturally occurring residual oils and flavors that occur during the distillation and aging process (potentially making it appear cloudy at cold temperatures). This bourbon balances a rich mouth feel, with robust notes of vanilla and oak. A whiskey t

Modeled after a Highland or Speyside Scotch, it lacks the smoke of the Islay Scotches. With caramel, molasses and marzipan on the nose, and ripe stone fruits up front on the palette, the Classic delivers a spice and honey finish. After pouring, let it rest in the glass for a few minutes and nose before tasting.

The original brainchild for our product line, the Dorado required that we learn how to malt barley. Born out of barbecuing with the mesquite scraps from Arroyo Design while drinking Scotch, we had the idea to malt over mesquite instead of peat. We wanted to create a product that was a true reflection of the Sonoran Desert. To achieve that, we dry our malt over a mesquite fire using the species Prosopis Velutina, the predominant species in Southern Arizona. With sweet tobacco and dark choc

While Dickel is American whiskey, it’s not bourbon. Technically, it is Tennessee whiskey—primarily because the spirit is filtered through charcoal before being aged. The only other brand to do that is Jack Daniel’s. If you visit, you can send your favorite drinking buddy a postcard without leaving the premises. Dickel claims to be the only distillery in the country to have its own working US Post Office branch on-site.

Rendezvous Rye is a blend of two exotic straight rye whiskies; one old, and one young. It marries the rich aromatic qualities of a 16-year-old rye with the bold spicy properties of 6-year-old rye to create a full flavored, very complex whiskey. The 6-year-old boasts an uncommonly high 95% rye mash bill. Almost every other straight rye whiskey you can buy today is barely legal, with 51-53% rye in the mash bill. Not Rendezvous Rye. It honors the way rye whiskey used to be made, with a high rye con

We do things a little differently around here - and that's what gives Jack Daniel's its distinctive character. The Macallan treated this 18 Year Old to not just one, but two cask types for its maturation, released as part of the Double Cask series! Oloroso sherry was used to season a combination of both American and European oak casks, with the former imparting vanilla nuances while the latter brings that hallmark Macallan spice. Another fantastic sherried single malt from the Speyside distillery!

The Macallan Gold Double Cask is the released edition of The Macallan Gold from the 1824 series, which was discontinued in early 2018 to make way for the Double Cask, Triple Cask Matured and Sherry Oak ranges. This expression is drawn from a combination of American and European oak sherry-seasoned casks, making for a wonderful introduction to the Macallan flavour profile.

Feast your eyes upon the 2021 release of Macallan's excellent Rare Cask single malt Scotch whisky! Drawn from sherry seasoned oak casks specially selected by the Macallan Whisky Mastery Team, this expression shows off the distillery's characteristic style spectacularly. Always a treat, these ones.

Flavours of orange peel, smoke, sea salt, and honey distinguish this full-bodied highland malt.

A second maturation in Montilla Fino sherry casks develops luxurious flavours of butterscotch, toffee, and caramel with a backbone of sea salt and smoky-sweet finish.

A massive success as the island representative in Diageo's 'Classic Malts' series, Talisker 10yo's profile keeps increasing as more fans discover its intense coastal spicy, peaty character. A truly elemental malt.

Released in early 2013, Talisker Storm has all the warm, smoky, peppery characteristics we all love in the standard Talisker 10yo - but they've been turned up a notch, with more smoke, more spices, and a bigger-than-ever flavour explosion.

This is a true West Coast IPA–it is pale in color, with bracing bitterness, high alcohol content (about 7.3% abv) and a fruity/floral/citrus hop aroma. It is made from a simple malt bill: North American base and pale caramel malt. We use copious amounts of Northwest hops all throughout the boil, with most of it going in within the last 15 minutes. After fermentation is complete, we dry hop it with approximately 1 boatload of each of the same hop varieties.
